Therapie Clinic

I'm a customer. Reset password doesn't work. I do not receive the email. Also using mobile number through "Forgot Email" flow doesn't work either. I cannot login into my account. I do not receive the reminder emails/notifications as well.

It would be good to know how many you have left and the type of appointments you've had (currently says treatment recieved but doesn't differentiate between laser, facial etc). You can only reschedule via the app but most of the time it is impossible. Definitely time to upgrade the app!

Very easy app to use, design is nice and simple. Was able to organise my appointments with no issues at all. Nice touch is having the next appointment show on the home screen with an option to cancel or reschedule if needed.

This is nothing on Therapie themselves, but the app is not good to use at all. Very slow, opens many different windows, and booking multiple different treatments for the same day is basically impossible to organise. Could be a lot more intuitive.

Not reflective on Therapie Clinic but the App is Terrible... sack the developers. Does not tell you how many sessions you have remaining in a course. Rescheduling is difficult. Appointments haven't taken place due to lockdown and the sessions have just disappeared from my allowance. I've had to email and call multiple times. No cancellation alert... Poor..

Never works. I can't open my account with the right pass. And if I clic i forgot password it never ever sends me the email to reset passwors It used to work. But it's very frustrating

Sometimes there's issue with payments but generally good.

The app isn't working anymore. For 2 months now I cant log in. I can enter my email address but not my password. I tried deleted it/reinstalled but nothing change.

In this day and age it is just unbelievable how this app systematically ask for email and password and how often it does not recognise the password although it is the correct one.

I get a great exparines and the stuff is very nice and kind even i have a good result from laser even i will do my lip filler with them

Can't log in. It doesn't seem to recognise my email or password which I already changed from my account on a browser.

Cant refer a friend it keeps telling me to update my app, which i do. Restart the phone and still the same problem

Lack of confidentiality and privacy

Just downloaded and doesn't work! It's telling me to update to newer version.. erm, it's newly downloaded!

I cant just get onto the derry clinic..ot always takes me back to the r.o.i. site..

App is OK glitches though
