It would be great if, once you save a helpful takeaway note, you could go back and make changes to the note and add a picture. And it would be helpful if you could crop a photo once uploaded. I had to crop a photo on my phone first before uploading to the app. 6/6/19 - It would be great if I could chronologically save Helpful Takeaways after I delete one. I deleted an older session note in order to edit it. Creating a new note moves it to the bottom of my list.

I had been using the app for over a year. But today I put my pass code in and it didn't work. I uninstalled then reinstalled the app and I still can't log in. The app suddenly says "the app is for persons enrolled at Thriveworks" which wasn't the case before. Now I'm not sure who to contact to log in to get all the notes I took from past therapy sessions. If the apps access has changed, I don't know if that means someone just has access to the things I wrote that I now can't access.

The app description needs to be more overt about the fact that this app is only accessible for people who are currently attending therapy at Thriveworks, & not for everyone.

A waste of time. It's no well developed. It has not much resources.

I love how navigable and user friendly this app is. You can do so much from your phone without having to make calls etc.

I had homework(from therapist), used this app to do it in the homework tab, I tried to add/view it and it moved to "completed Homework" and I cannot do anything except delete it. Lame.

Asks for new pass code then says it is wrong. Where is pass code located??

It crashes every time I make a selection.
