Works fine for me. It's funny how many people rate 1 star because the didn't realize that an app would not convert their smartphone camera into a thermal one.
Lots of times plug in camera, app opens and then crashes right away. When this happens try to restart the phone and app, same issue, very frustrating. Pixel 2 phone and therm-app TH.
Great app, just combing the surface of the features so far but so far well impressed and works with my Samsung Note 9
Worked well with my old Moto-G and now works even better with new Oppo A52 and Baseus OTG micro-USB to USB-C adapter. Well done Opgal.
Works as intended. Pretty basic compared to the "Therm app plus" app. Ability of "Palette lock" feature as in the "Therm app plus" app would make this 4 stars for me
Worst it's not opening asking to many permissions why they need call log permission lol please don't install it

Doesn't seem to work with android devices with built in thermal cameras . Unfortunately.. like the A9pro
Can't use it without the thermal device for the app which is no longer available there for making this app unusable.
Requires thermal adding device which is no longer being produced. App is useless without device.

Didn't know that we need an external thermal device for this app to function. Purpose not solved, uninstalled.
Download the app and nowhere does it say in the description that you need a camera for it so uninstalled it sorry but you need to make your description for this app clearer and state needs a camera in order to operate the app and the functions on it
This is only gateway not thermal screener. U need to connect thermal device to ur phone.... Not usefull

lol too many permissions just to use a thermal CAMERA
App is suppose to be a program not a equipment we have to buy :-(

hang till forever when first run
The app worked great on my old LG android phone, but even after purchasing a micro usb=>c usb OTG cable, it will not work with my Samsung S10+. I don't know if it is the newer phone that is the problem. You see, the folks at thermapp have refused to respond to ANY of my correspondence to them to help trouble shoot why my thermapp will not work on my Samsung, but would on the old LG. I'd love to give them 5 stars, but no matter how good a product is, when it stops working, and they refuse to help resolve the problems, (the worst customer service), I hate even giving them a single star.
