Therm-ic Heat Control

I can't even get the app to recognize my batteries. A friend said she can only connect at home but not on the ski hill. Very frustrating that this app doesn't work and worse that there are only three heat levels without Bluetooth which is not satisfactory for cold days. The Bluetooth controlled batteries should be pulled from the market until this app becomes operational.

Loses Bluetooth connectivity to the point that it's useless. I can no longer adjust the heat or do anything because it won't reconnect after the first time they're turned on. It wasn't always this way, please fix it! EDIT: Thank you for fixing it! Much better. -1 star because sometimes I have to move my phone closer to the battery to reconnect, but it's much faster now!

Unhappy with connection issues.. 1 out of three attempts worked. You want to ski and no response from app... hope it gets better. Want to say good things I swear.. Update.. better after new app version. Still lost connection and had to restart batteries. It's cold and that's why timing matters so much (natureofthegame). Once they kicked on they were great though. So opinion is rising thanx

I have owned the integrated ski boot heaters for 3 weeks, used once. Constantly disconnected during use and required manually turning heaters off and on to reconnect. Or, Bluetooth can't detect the heaters. Or, if BT detects the devices, it claims there isn't an app on the phone to pair even though it's installed. Or, the app won't pair with the heaters ("device not found"). Last but not least, now one heater won't turn on . Thermic should be ashamed to sell such a POS.

Agree with other comments, Frequently loses Bluetooth connectivity to battery. I no longer see the battery level in the app. What is the point of paying for the Bluetooth feature if it doesn't work. PLEASE FIX! Can't find a manual or help. Google search links for FAQ and User Guide just go to the main page. Are you supporting the app? Like others I paid good money for this feature, I feel like I'm being ripped off. Are you going to support your customers?

When it works it is good, but loses connection all the time and is difficult to reconnect. Please fix this problem as the bluetooth functionality I paid extra for currently is unusable. Update: bluetooth connectivity fixed. Thank you!

Nice app but a little strange to show ten heat settings for insoles that only have three. Would also be nice to see ability to auto increase/decrease heat with altitude as skiing at 3000m is colder than 1500m and makes a lot more sense than a movement based capability which would kick in with ski lifts

Great when it works, but.... Often loses connection. Have to delete app then reinstall. Also, battery packs fail (3 times/3 replacements) in first week of use! Really questionable quality control.

App only installed yesterday, had to uninstall today as it would not load every time I tried. Cleared the cache but no joy so have needed to uninstall. When it was running yesterday it kep losing connection with the sock batteries. Not impressed.

Last update ruined it, the app loses connection with the boot heaters all the time. The only way to restore control - turn battery off and back on.

The app controls the batteries for about 5 mins then shuts down and you no longer can control them. Bummer on a cold day when you want to change temps. Expensive sock, worthless app.

This app insists on having access to my GPS before I can add new battery packs. Why does a boot heater need GPS? This requirement needs to be removed or made optional.

Bluetooth didn't work. Battery life much shorter than they claimed. Didn't work correctly in Cold weather.

Never had a problem before, now can't keep Bluetooth connection to boot heaters. Very disappointing.

Had troubles connecting the bluetooth but that now works fine. But I still can not get an icon to display.

Great when it works but constantly crashes . Shame I was going to get a second set but wont now. Android user.

Quite a good app, and great design! With version 1.4.2 the Bluetooth connection was fixed. THANK YOU, Appreciated!

I'm updated to the latest app version. And on my Samsung it constantly disconnects from my bluetooth. And jmbecomes just socks

Works about 10% of the time. Looses Bluetooth connection all the time. Useless

Flaky. Frequently loses BT connection even when in very close proximity to batteries.

Can't install? I just bought the most expensive socks I've ever had, why is the app to control the temp not downloadable????
