App is ok, product is junk. The app is very plain and basic, good enough for controlling insoles. The fact it needs location enabled is infuriating. I have consistently had issues with the insoles turning off, I don't know if that's caused by the app or the insoles, the insoles themselves are just junk. I've had them for 2 years, and nothing but problems. They are so stinking expensive, I just keep hoping they will work.

Connection issue. I purchased 2 pairs of the Thermacell ProFlex HD insoles and had an issue connecting to one pair. The pair use with the Google Pixel 4 connected with no issue. But the pair i was trying to connect with my Samsung Galaxy A20 would not connect the Right foot. I kept getting an error message (cannot connect to device). I then tried with my Samsung Tablet and got the same issue. I finally started the whole process over but only powered the Right insole and it finally connected.

App doesn't work, doesn't recognize my code, connection errors, can't read the device, blah, blah, blah. Super disappointing. trying to get the app to work drains the battery of the insole. We will be returning them.

They work well but could be warmer for WI winters in the trees stand. They are easy to sync to my phone. Battery life is good and they recharge quickly, maybe an hour or two.

App needs gps coordinates to pair? No you dont. This kind of thing pisses me off to no end. You dont need this. You take advantage of users and it says nowhere on the product i have to give you the ability to know where i am until i download the app and try to use. It should say on the box you have to know where someone is located to use this

Was only able to use once and was not at all impressed. I constantly had issue connecting product to my phone (lg v20) and thermacell customer service was niether friendly or helpful. I found this product to be a great idea because I am a hunter and a fisher and staying warm is a constant battle when doing these activities. I was looking forward to using this product but like so many others I was left disappointed. I will be returning this product and not recommending it to anyone.

I purchased a pair of ThermaCell insoles. Excited upon receiving, charging, downloading this app, etc., on my Samsung S8: only one of the two would connect while getting errors on other with this app as it would not connect. Aside from that, 30% of battery drained. Huge waste of my time and I sent back.

Owned them for 4 hours, already going back to the store. Even once they connected I had them on high for and hour and had to take them out to check if there was heat. Terrible product. I better get my money back!

Round two, new set... Most frustrating product on the market. Links, doesn't link. Reads one, not the other. One might heat, but the other won't. Sometimes doesn't even read them. Operating Android 6.0.1 This is such a failure, I don't even know what to do at this point.

Mine function properly on S7 ph. It also helps to follow all of the manufacturer's instructions regarding sock thickness.. and if the app doesn't function properly on your ph then consider using different ph. Most know how wacky different phones can be with different apps. Some phones deserve a poor review. These are not an option for hvac technicians with skinny feet or who weigh under 300 lbs. I walked sideways on a 45 degree hill, the foam battery cover slid and exposed the void underneath. It reformed and readhered on it's own by next am. I recommend these biggly.

Tricky to pair. On an Edge 7, latest version of Android I first paired it using the phones Bluetooth and also had to turn on my phones location. Only then would the app see the inserts. The app would not find them until I did these 2 things first. I really hope these work as advertised because if they do my outside job just got a lot easier with my poor blood circulation.

This product is a joke! Bought 2 pairs of the proflex heavy duty, I got one of the 4 insoles to connect via bluetooth for about 5 minutes. Definitely not what I expected from this company, had the black proflex for several years and worked great. I was excited to upgrade, but after spending hours trying to get these to work I am so disgusted with this company I'm ready to throw all my ThermaCELL products in the trash! Save your money and go buy a set of Dr Scholl's inserts for $10, they'll give you just as much heat (none) as the Proflex HD!

I see lots of people complaining. Mine work great, no issues, and I am using both the pocket warmer and Heated insoles. One thing I noticed is they work better when my location services are turned on.

The one battery keeps showing White battery line I don't know if it is losing connection. It is very frustrating. I only had them on for maybe an hour. Then they quit working lost contact to Bluetooth. The app would not show controls screen wouldn't let me do anything. Very disappointed!!!!!

Worked the first time I used them. Second time they shutoff after an hour or so. Cannot get them to reconnect. Uninstalled app and reinstalled. Now the app wont even see the insoles. Updated my phone OS to Android 6.0.01. Still same deal, bluetooth app will see the insoles but not the app so it's definitely a programming issue. Going to use them manually for now stuck on high. Will most likely get returned unless a hotfix is put out in the next week.

A waste of $200. Completely worthless if you can not connect to Bluetooth. Your R&D depth should have spent a bit more time getting these right. Already brought them back to the store. Worst part is I bought the spare batteries for another 40$. SO DISAPPOINTED IN ThermaCELL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I'm having a problem much like other people. It appears both insoles are connecting as indicated by the insoles indicater. Both are lite. My batteries fully charged. The app will initially show both insoles fully charged. Then the right one fully discharged. Playing around with app, the the left will show left one fully discharged and right one charged. I called customer support. Going through the bs of exchange thru the mail. Of course I'm having to pay to ship to them. I don't think that is right.
