Theta Wallet

The Captcha scan on the app doesn't seem to pick up on other wallets. This seems to only been an issue since its been updated. Can you please advise. Could use a few more security features, But otherwise a great app.

Simple & easy to use. Has minor issues but nothing unexpected when your talking about technology. The team behind the app seem to do a great job of addressing their issues.

Nice mobile wallet easy to use. Wish it had fingerprint recognition but that's OK can't have everything.

This wallet seems a little under-baked. Lacking some features found in other wallets. Unstaking feature seems to have been over looked as in the withdraw tab it says "deposit" which is confusing. Wallet locks immediately even if switching apps (needs option to lock after specified time) Also would be nice to generate new public address for privacy.

A good app. easy to use. the issue I have is that I have multiple keys with different balances on them for added security and one is through a SMSF which means it has to stay seperate. with this app I can't log in through to the different keys within the app. I have to uninstall. re install. import from blockchain to veiw the balance. not a big problem now since I'm just a hodler. but it would be nice to log in to any of my multiple accounts. early days guys keep up the good work.

Cannot recommend this wallet because when setting it up I got to the last step of naming the wallet and the setup would not complete. Typed in numerous obscure wallet titles and none would save, the default name would not save either. I uninstalled, rebooted and tried a re-install to no avail. The product is obviously not without it's bugs. This is a obvious problem considering the MainNet launch next month. Good luck finding any wallet help....total BS!

I had a minor issue. I contacted the Theta people, and they promptly fixed the issue in this update. The waĺlet is simple and works seemlessly. Thank you for your preparedness to listen, and resolve a problem for me. Great app. Great team.

WOW, my balance is at 0 AGAIN! What the heck?! Why would my balance go to 0, reappear, and then go back to 0?! Please figure this out. My Theta just reappeared after missing for hours?! I was very nervous seeing my balance go to 0 after a seemingly successfull deposit - I'm not sure why that would happen, is there a glitch somewhere? That was stressful. MR.

I installed the App a few years ago and my coins have been visible in the wallet, as i periodically go in to the wallet to check. I made some further transfers of both Theta and Tfuel in the past month and these coins showed up in the wallet. Today when i signed into the wallet there is no record of the coins in the wallet or under transactions. I uninstalled the wallet and reinstalled it and put in my pnemonic phraze and still no sign of my coins or record of transactions. Would appreciate technical support at resolving this issue.

I am very upset, I transfered over etherium a while back, it never went through. I verified I didn't mess up the adress and it's just in limbo somewhere. Exodus verified it was sent to the correct adress that my theta wallet reflects. That etherium is worth quite a bit more now and I can't get it. At that time theta was .75....now it's on its way to the moon. Smh

Yesterday tried transferring from Myetherwallet to the app... still waiting, emailed the developer still no answer. UPDATE: used the main net and eventually everything worked fine , still very slow transaction speeds.

Poor service. I have tried to make contact several times about a lost transaction. No answer at all. Binance and Cardano have been much more helpful.

Simple and easy to use. One MAIN THING they need to fix is the app kept crashing on me; I thought I got hacked and lost 750 theta. I factory reset my phone and it worked and everything still there thankfully

Not sure yet. I've been using it since 6/2020. Started staking right away and have not received any staking rewards. I have well over 10,000 tokens required for a guardian node. Any help would be appreciated.

I installed the wallet, went through the setup...but the app would not save a wallet name. I tried several times, it's just stuck on the "Wallet Name" to save and then times out and returns to the "Create Wallet" or "Import Wallet" start page. Using android.

So far works nice. One reviewer asked how to deposit tfuel. No answer after his inquiry. So I will answer. You can deposit tfuel using same address as theta. It will go to the tfuel wallet without having to juggle two different addresses on the app. I like it. However a user question section about this should be inside the app so somebody wondering about the same thing will know.

No decimal for sending fractional 0.xx amounts. I ended up opening another app to type my decimal amount, then cut/paste to Theta Wallet. Hope this will be fixed in near future vetsion. Thanks for consideration.

Exactly same issue today as gentleman posted today. Have made no transfers and periodically calculate portfolio. No transactions no coins and have made no change to information in 2weeks. Assistance appreciated!

I had no problems with this app until yesterday when I was hacked on a Huawei P30 and all my Theta & Tfuel tokens were transferred out of my wallet into another wallet after I had logged in as normal. This happened 35 hours ago and I have sent 3 emails of which I received a reply to the latter saying we will be in touch within 7 days. I would have thought speed to be of the essence in such matters. Absolutely gutted by the whole experience as it appears I lost the winning lottery ticket.

Easiest crypto app I've ever seen and used.👍 Simply download the app and follow the instructions to import or create a new Theta wallet. When mainnet launches you will receive your swapped tokens automatically.

I installed the wallet yesterday for security reasons. I transferred my Theta Network coins of around 139 and Theta tokens 2000 plus from my previous exchange called coinswitch to theta wallet for security purpose and secured with 12 letter phrase. Without my notice and authorization the Theta tokens and Tfuel is wiped off which kept me in a state of shock. I'm desperately seeking help from Theta for recovery of my tokens. I had already raised ticket to Theta support desk seeking their support.

Updates wipe out wallet and you have to restore using mnemonic phrase. That needs to be fixed. UPDATE: Looks like this was fixed.

Deposit works. If wifi slow-your balance may be zero until better signal established. Waiting for upgrade...staking ability...basic but stable

Wallet keeps crashing at start up. This just started happening. Please fix this so I can adjust the rating!

I have been trying to download this app for 2 days. I have plenty of space. It just says pending. I have cleared and reatarted with no further success.

All of my Theta tokens suddenly vanished from this wallet. Is this a scam wallet?? Had over 200 dollars worth..came to look and it's zero and even has NO transaction history! 😠

I got hacked. If there is a spyware that can screen record it just happened because my coins is gone 95 theta token. There is no hardware wallet available as far I'm concerned. Great project with poor security wallet.

Awesome Theta wallet. Easy to use and nice Theta design! Build in feature to see your transactions on ethplorer. Good work! Theta is huge!
