Updates 2times a day sometimes Every time I log out it has to update. The device has a hard time.syncing to Bluetooth and tech support sound like they barely know how to trouble shoot this company must've just started and hopped on the e log trend for the money

Will not connect to Bluetooth device. Paying for this service and still using paper logs. Zero stars for their tech support, which is non existent. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your ELD needs.

Couple of things it's constantly turning my screen back on on my phone I can't switch from my phone to my tablet and have my hours correct we should have a 3-mile window before it switches to drive
