Years and years now trying to get functionality out of this app. Absolutely the worst waste of time with Thieye... I would recommend to stay far away from this products. Even the underwater case is a absolutely disappointing product. The case broke one of the weak engineered latch and flooded the camera. So cheap and not even a close comparison to other manufacturers of similar cameras and equipment. I want my investment back, Thieye.
Glitchy. Used to work ok, but extremely slow and hard to know what you were downloading, because video thumbnails wouldn't load before downloading. And now the app crashes before I can start to download. Tried reinstalling and everything else I can think of. Now it is completely useless
Really unuseful and strange application. Firstly, I don't understand why the application needs for an internet access. Secondly, I connect my device LG Q6 Plus to a camera ThiEYE i60+ (btw, not a nice device), WiFi connection was established, but the camera doesn't show the status and the application shows a message, that there is no connection between... Deleted.
Totally useless app as usual from the makers of cheap Chinese accessories. Takes ages to connect phone app to camera and it crashes every single time you try to access the media files on the camera.
Does not connect, I bought thieye sports camara because I wanted to view and control the camera from my phone but it simply won't connect, I have reported this and been told that yes I correct and they have found a fault and will resolve the issue, however after several weeks still nothing. Good camara please sort out the app.
Intermittently caused camera to freeze. Could not access files. An explanation of the difference between this and the other thieye app would be helpful
It works perfectly with my Oppo F7. I can easily manage my camera remotely. I can easily access my videos and images through this app. I highly recommend using this app.
i should buy the other brand. wifi can't connect, app crashes always. uselesss... i hope there will be update soon from the firmware and the application. for now i will just use this manually as no choice. 😤😤😤
I bought the ThiEYE V6 yesterday then downloaded the ThiEYE App however after installing and starting the app it keeps on crashing. I really wanted to use the app because I find that it would be very useful. Please kindly fix the app as soon as possible.
Version 2.0.3 worked once, rated 5 stars then. It went back to not working afterwards. I followed the instructions. I like the t5e, unfortunately cannot use it in tandem with the android app.
Used to work fine, but with the latest update it just crashes and shows a white screen. please fix.
I downloaded it and the app won't even open, it just crashes immediately. SUPER disappointed as I cannot get the pics off my camera now.
Good action cam but not stable apps. Developer did not take action to improve people complaint. Cannot connect with phone J7 prime. Off data or on still got the same issue.
appears to remote control camera but need to connect to cameras wifi not existing home wifi. makes it hard to use and a bit pointless.
The app can't open the camera even if connected through wifi. Nothing is fixed every update.
Just purchased ThiEYE i60+ and installed this app to connect my camera but after installation and running your app, it always closes. Consideration to use this app for your customers please.

Just garbage. In fact for the t5 I have no WiFi or Bluetooth functions. Very poor tech support.

It doesnt work with samsung A53s now...Im using this app before since 2015 with A50 unfortuntly it was a bad experience..

It Crashed! So I restarted the phone. It crashed again. So I uninstalled it

Tried for hours to connect with camera. Doesnt even know it exists. Doesnt give an option on how where and no nothing. Frustrated to know end. Would be better if I could just connect with Bluetooth or something instead of Wi-Fi. Need Wi-Fi on my phone for internet can't connect the two at the same time.
