App stopped working suddenly, and I get a "failed to connect to server" message. I was told that it may be because I'm outside of the US, but it worked fine before. Frustrating because all my other banking apps work fine. 😤
Stopped working. Fails with an html error saying that it can't load the page. This among about a dozen other reasons is why I have dropped Think (after 25 years) and opened an account with a Credit Union.
this app wont open on my google pixle 2 but works fine on my family's iphones
This app has been very helpful to transfer money after hours with no ATM available
forces you to their other app instead of just an upgrade
Please remove this app from the app store because there is a new version of the app called "Think Bank - Think Online"

One huge flaw that the Dev team won't reply about.
It works
When trying to transfer money from 1 acct to another you have to do the from acct first if you do the to acct first then your from acct it changes the acct it is going into. This cost me some overdraft fees.
The finger print login doesn't work for me...a little disappointing
Does not work for mobile deposit. Force closes EVERY time when pressing the photo capture button when trying to take a picture of a check. Please fix. :)
Latest update removed important account info function. I hate this now. It's useless. You should have left it alone, it was fine, now it's garbage.
Completely useless on my S7 and tablet. Won't work at all. Crashes every time a login is attempted.
Mobile deposit is not working on my note 5. I don't know if it's my phone or if it's the app. I am working out of state and have no other way to deposit money. It's very frustrating. I have called the bank and emailed, have not gotten a response to resolve issue.
This app is very poorly written. Unusual behavior on my phone after installation. 1 star is one star to many.
Wont let me log in when I know what my password is. This happens every other week.
It's a fantastic app. You can deposit checks on the go without stopping at an ATM trying to deposit a check. You can do this in your home or wherever you may be. However you must have a steady hand when you are taking the picture. I LOVE THE MOBILE APP
This app used to work fine, but now I can no longer even reach the password prompt. It complains about "Session expired. Please log in again." Over and over in a loop.
Crappy written, cannot use mobile deposit, won't hold front picture when back picture is taken...
Samsung S7, app is unreliable. Frequently can't log in as others have described. Spinning wheel, timeouts, server errors. And, when I can get in, it is VERY slow. Getting tired of trying.
Good app, but with the new upstate it turns white when logged out... Confusing. Otherwise, works very well!

Can't log in. The circle just spins forever. The desktop version takes too long too. Is it the webserver???
I could never get logged in when I tried this in late 2015, continually got server errors, but I've been using it now for 3-4 months without any issues. Could be due to app updates or my new phone, regardless, I like it now. No more running to the bank for check deposits.
I dislike the logged in. I do know my password but it won't log me in. If I do it many times, it lock me out. I would have to go to the bank to get it reset. This have to be fix. I do not like it at all. The app is good, but I don't like it because of that.
This is a great addition! I'm very pleased! Everything seems to work fine so far.
Glad to finally see this feature. To update, uninstall and reinstall. Didn't take much more time than an update.
It won't connect at all now. I get "Connection Error HTTP 404" every time, and I need to deposit a check. How did you manage to break what used to work? Not backwards compatible with the updates? Then warn us what OS types won't work before we update and break general functionality. Jesus!
