Spent the money for it can't use it. Now all you get is ( Your request is under review by our staff ) A computer generated ticket number and responce. Hancom, Think Free must be the same company; do not know yet where Zendesk fits in. Consumers should ban together. Maybe a suit is in order..
I absolutely loved this office app however when android updated to lollipop this app stopped working. I cannot load pre lollipop documents I created with this app and I cannot create new documents. Please fix this issue as I would like to use my office software again. I emailed ThinkFree when my phone updated and I have yet to receive an email back.
Used to be my goto app. Since android update it doesn't work and dev not responding. Won't send these guys money again.

Have been using this app for 3yrs, got a new phone with lollipop software, now the app just keeps crashing. Tried contacting the development team & nothing, not even a automated reply. Just want a refund. Will be contacting Google play to see if they can help get the refund sorted.
since installing the lollipop update on my samsung galaxy s5 it no longer works???..Now not fit for purpose so I should, in effect, be entitled to a refund?? Please fix and then I will change my rating..or if that's not a possibility offer a full refund..update 30.04.2015...8 weeks since i sent an email to the developers and still no response..absolutely disgusting service...Warning to everyone thinking of purchasing this app don't buy it..especially if you're planning to install on the samsung galaxy S5..
Often crashes and forcloses. I normally have to open documents in other document viewers because Thinkfree crashes. Would not recommend.
I stupidly purchased this last night thinking I would be able to create "word" documents now on my phone, and I installed it and I cannot even open one thing without it shutting down, (or "stopping" whatever you call it. I want my money back
this is the only android excel app. that can run the equations in my file that I use for work daily. I have tried all the other apps, NONE WORK. Please fix.
In reading view when you zoom it doesn't make the font bigger, just spaces the lines further apart. Would love to have one of the earlier versions back.
After the last update, it doesn't work anymore. They take your money then don't lesson to the ones they ripped off!
Paid full price for this app and loved it, then they just abandoned it. They don't answer emails, even after a month. I suggest avoiding this company all together. They take the money and VANISH!!!!
I try to sign into my account and it says my password or Id is wrong. I am able to log in just fine through the website but not the application.

Wrote to ThinkFree Office help line 9 times for help with no responce TOOK MY MONEY AND DISAPPEARED. RATHER PUT YOUR NOTES ON GMAIL DRAUGHTS . GMAIL IS AWESOME!!!!! Costs nothing
Since upgrading to 5.0 on my s5 it no longer works! I paid for the app and now I can't use it!!! Fix it and I'll change my rating to higher stars

the app looks lovely, functions perfectly but needs some fixes on the power point part: 1- savong on external SD does not work properly 2- unable to copy from excel to power point you must enter the data manually 3- saving as PDF option does not work
Unfortunately, in the middle of when I am typing, the cursor automatically goes back to the very top of the document and when I put it back to where I am trying to type, I can get one letter typed then it goes back to the top again...it makes it impossible to write now :( it's very sad because I love this app, but I can't use it anymore until this bug is fixed!
I am not sure what happened when this was updated, but I loved it at first and now I can only use it on my Galaxy S3. It now crashes with my Nexus 7 which is where I use it the most. Very disappointing especially since I paid for this.
You need to fix this app so files can be written to external sd card on devices running android jelly bean os. Google and the app makes want to control ALL our data on THEIR clouds.
I upgraded my Samsung Mobile Phone Note 3-Neo software . Now this paid application is not working. It just asks you to report. When you click to report it takes your feedback , but there is no response from the developer. I would like to have my money back or the the developer should make the application upgradable to new software version immediately.
