I have tried the app on Android 4.4.2 and 6.0.1 and I experienced very low volume on the microphone. The other party can hardly hear me. I have tried on different wifi networks, 3G, 4G, different destination numbers local and international. It is definitely a bug in the application. Practically the application is not usable.

Disconnects, incoming calls lost without a trace, poor audio quality

This app always crashes on startup. Uninstall/reinstall, phone reboot doesn't help. Maybe it's not supported on my Galaxy S7 with Android Nougat / 7.0. (App was last updated January 2016)

No sound in the middle of a call..

In order to "close" the app, you have to go "offline", it should get rid of it from your notification tray and processes

Hard to configure. Support non-existent. Uninstalling and trying the fuse app

Waste of my time

I spent hours trying to troubleshoot why my car Bluetooth speaker kept shutting off and going to the phone speaker in the middle of a call. I eventually discover that just having the app installed, even if it's not in use, causes the problem. Uninstalled the app and problem went away.

Call quality poor on anything other than high speed wifi. Cannot exit app, have to kill the process manually. Also issue on Xperia Z2 whereby while app is in background it causes most regular calls to be muted (calls made from phone not app). I had to delete app from phone to restore basic call function. Poor experience and recommending my work team to look for alternative solution as TPN support is awful at best too.

Works ok as long as you don't mind holding the handset or working on speaker phone. You can't use a Bluetooth headset so this pretty much renders the app useless to me. Shame...

would be nice if it auto rotated to use on a tablet. Also doesn't work on Lollipop 5.x

Half the time it won't launch. I frequently have to reinstall it.

I like being able to enable the app by simply selecting AVAILABLE. It's very intuitive and user friendly.

Doesn't appear to work with Lollipop devices, please update!

Awful app, awful service. So frustrating our company migrated to this garbage system

Installed on a Verizon Droid Razr HD. Install went fine and was easy but when you try to launch app crashes immediately with no error message provided. Please fix asap.

2 months ago we downloaded this app on our work phones and had the same issue on a Droid RAZR MAXX and a Galaxy Note 3. Called TPN and they told us that there was a newer version coming out and there's some sort of "Beta" version out there to use. So far, they quoted us on 2 weeks and it's been over 2 months. FIX YOUR APPS.

Great app as long as you familiar yourself with how to use it.

Bug ridden. Calls drop; reports no internet connection when everything else seems to have one. Touch tones don't work once connected...

Have a Note 2, and the program crashes my phone. Fix this please, my company just moved to this service, and so far i am not happy with the mobile side.

Uninstalled since it disconnects my Bluetooth and turns off my speakerphone randomly while on calls. Also uses too much battery life.

It's so convenient to have my corporate contacts, instant messaging, and calling in my pocket. Everything I need is right at my finger tip!

Now it's so easy for me to see status and communicate with my work colleagues when I'm away from my desk. SMS features are super cool as well...

Unable to stop application running in the background. Should be an option

Liked the idea of being able to check my work calls and messages straight from an app until I realized this reconnects repeatedly and consumes more battery than my screen.

Pretty bad. Unstable. Unreliable. Drains battery. Crashes. Really wish it worked better. Had to uninstall.

This is a big feature for me, as I only want it running when I'm on call. Can't believe this is still missing
