Payment errors, Don't lose your money: On the first ever usage of this app, I lost my booking amount. It doesn't support UPI payments. The app restarts after payment gateway. And your money will be gone. When I had the issue, I tried customer care numbers given on the app. They didn't picked my call. Also the whatsapp chat was useless. They don't even reply. Frustrated trying. You may try online booking. This app is simply useless. And the customer service too.

Worst app ever found. Lost money because of the app. Time wasted in booking and cancellation process. Fraud people . Worst travels. Poor customer response. Never use it.

Don't use this app to book ticket. If you cancel the ticket your amount will not be refunded. I faced this issue.

I booked the bus from chennai to erode through this app,after successfully booked ticket i received ticket but i could not see my tickets in app,showing as no upcoming tickets were found,there is no option to check my ticket

Very rude staff on board. They make senior citizens run behind them to board the bus at the last minute.

I have boarded TAT bus on Marthandam on 19th April about 4.45 pm, and got berth at S 13, when I got into bus I have noticed the fan is missing and charging point is also not working, I have complained regarding this to driver but no use. I have paid 1350 as a far, this is the first time I am facing like this, if you will maintain like this then how will I refer your service to others. Now my mobile is out of charge how should I charge.

Indecent behaviour from bus driver. Bus time is 10.15pm. Bus came early by 15 mins and I was waiting in the stop. Bus called me on the phone and he absumed me when I got into the bus. Why the hell the impatient bus drive heling on me. Disappointed. Bus management will lose their customer with this kind of drivers.

I was a regular traveller with TAT. Their service are excellent. They are on time always and the buses are so clean and well maintained. I booked a ticket on December 4th 2016 from chennai to Madurai. Bus got cancelled and they said they'll refund the amount. I've not received any refund so far. I contacted the customer care. They gave me number of the manager and he picked up the call after I called him 10 times. He took my PNR details and said he'll get back to me. From then he never picked up my calls and no refund from their side. This was unexpected from such a wonderful service provider.

Don't waste your money choosing Tat. Worst service. I booked Chennai (adyar) to Munnar for 7pm bus on 1st Feb 2018. At 6.30 they said bus got breakdown and it will be delayed for 1 hour and finally they arranged another bus after 2 hoursbut upper birth (my actual birth is lower double). After reaching theni,, they asked us to change into another bus but this no birth they offered only seats.... Very very worst service. Never choose this again

Worst one to travel. Even the cleaner will scold you. They will cancel the bus as they like and will put in last berth. I had a worst travel from Theni to Chennai. So friends pls don't waste you money in booking this travels.

Chennai to Cumbum S4 S5 TV not working. Old and Worst busses. Lost my sleep in sleeper. PY 01 CN 9399 Cumbum to Koyembedu, full sleeper AC. Bus is in Worst condition. A big generator. Very worst than a lorry. More and big noise coming.

They don't stand for what they say.. whatever they think, they will blabber.. I booked 1 1/2 week ago for usilampatti, I had a shift today and it got over by 9.00pm, when I checked today morning with tat care, they were pretty sure about the boarding route, it would be medavakkam> vandalur> chengalpet.. I doubted and asked him... He was very sure about the route.. but they came through tambaram> mudichur outer ring road> I board from medavakkam.. the joke is I got down at medavakkam from office cab and my wife, kid came through cab from home.. my home is at old perungalathur.. 1st experience best experience . Don't trust them.. below average maintenance.. it's a long story i tired to cut short..

Yes. Once upon a time . May be 3 to 4 years back TAT was a good option from cumbum,Theni to Chennai, but in recent days they are becoming very rude. The unclear information about boarding or any query. Also very rude behaviour of staffs. Few cleaners are talking like modern age rowdies. Unusual intermediate stoppings for staff's own convenient shops. It's getting worse even think of booking with TAT..

TAT is one of the best bus service. I traveled season time but that time price also same not much amount. Good service, Right time departure & arrival.

Pathetic bus.. unclean torn linen, cheaters. Never on time , pick up passengers for their other buses nd delay your travel. Never travel again by this travels

My brother omitted while the journey. The bus staff asked me Rs.200 for cleaning. It's not good. It's a common occurrence. Why he charges for it. Totally disappointed
