Inhale and Exhale , but the secret is once you inhaled the air should stay in lungs for quite some time so that the oxygen is fully absorbed then exhale the CO2. The ratio is for Inhale 1, Holding 4 and Exhale 2.This app operates in 2 modes one is Beginner and another one is Expert.

I liked it in the beginning. Good for beginner, expert level 10 rounds. With more than 10 rounds, it began glitching. The visual and audio cues were not synchronized.

The count ends abruptly. Don't use finished word. Just stop music. Also remember you start from left and the last should be from left. Please do those necessary changes. Am not 100% but sometime the app miss to say inhale. Please verify that as well Update: New release is very good work. Two observations. End of exhale cycle and inhale cycle should have a minor pause of music. And UI of practice activity seems an over attempt. Little bit work on that can make this app even better. Thank you for the efforts
