Thomaston Savings Bank

I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall this app. It has the old log on and when I try to log in it says error. When I uninstall and reinstall it shows the right log in set up and accepts my info. It's very annoying /frustrating. Never had a problem with the other app. Prior to realizing I could fix it by reinstalling the app I was going to the bank because I'd lock myself out not realizing it was a different set up.

The app is terrible now! I haven't been able to open it since it updated, even after uninstall and reinstall. I'm also really not happy with the new online banking layout, there are pie charts that tell me how much I spent but doesn't break it down to I can see what purchases are what and I can't catagotize bills that it doesn't recognize so none of that data helps me.

This app is not backward compatible. I still have an S7. Can't use it. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times. I rarely can get to the deposit screen. If I do, I enter the check to deposit and it immediately logs me out. Sorry everyone can't afford the latest technology.

There is absolutely no way to log in. My password keeps getting flagged as wrong (it was not). Upon trying to reset my password, no confirmation code text or call was put through. The page kept automatically refreshing, and now my bank account is locked upon trying this all over again. Please fix this, I cannot access anything in my account or take any actions after the bank closes.

This new app is terrible. I used to be able to sign in biometrically(with finger print). Now it asks for my fingerprint and still makes me sign in. Also this new version is super slow. Good job.

Best Bank app I've ever used! Especially this new version. Love the link to all financial accounts. Extremely easy to use and get help if needed.

Ever since the update it wont let me log in.. I thought maybe i had the wrong password so ai tryed to use forgot password..it told me it would text me a code to start to reset my log in and it never sends the text message.. Im very disappointed with Thomaston Bank right now

All in all i love the banking app. Makes things alot easier for me since im not always able to drive to one of the facilities to make a transfer

Every time I use the mobile check deposit it stops the app. Extremely frustrating.

Biometric logon seems to confuse the app now. Haven't been able to use that feature for weeks.

This app is great always is correct and is updated daily so your balance and a Accounts is never off
