Terrible service, calls just cut off when my phones in my pocket, I live in Greater London so service with other networks are fine just with 3 I have had issues. I've tried to get in contact via app and have had no response. Please can I have an answer as I pay £20 monthly consistently and am not getting a service I could get for way cheaper.

Uses android Web browser to load in pages in desktop mode which is useless on an app. Needs to show actual data, mins, texts rather than just unlimited until you click. Would like an option to log in using code by text as biometrics doesn't work properly on my phone and it takes too long to enter password.

Every time I need to top up it redirects me out of the app to a Web page. Doesn't pass over my login credentials so I have to login all over again. Totally pointless app I just go straight to the Web page now. Why can't I just top up in the app where my card data is stored?

I have 3 home broadband and 3 on my mobile. This stupid app won't let me log in on my phone without switching WiFi on. Problem is because I have 3 broadband it then logs into that instead of my mobile, so I can't check my balance, can't change my email, can't even top up my phone. Such a stupid app! This problem has still not been resolved one year on. Why can no one help? It's pathetic!

Help! The app seems to be having a fit! When i try to open it, it asks if it can take signal data from my device, then 'next' I click that, it flashes into a reddish pink colour then repeats the process and finally shuts down! So currently, useless!!

Wow!! The most pointless app I have to endure once a month. This isn't technically an app, it's a URL link that takes you to the 3 website where upon, you have to enter all your details, including phone number every time you want to top up! For this reason alone I'm considering another phone provider....Pointless App.

Utter rubbish. Does not retain login information reliably. Renders desktop web pages on a mobile device almost impossible to use. Great response from the developer, uninstall and reinstall. That will not fix the problem of billing pages being rendered as desktop pages. Hint guys it's in your code, not my cached data. Clearly they're only developers because they know how to tap their build number 7 times.

When filling out an online form to change my number over it didn't tell me how to format the number, leading to confusion. For example I put 07(my old number) into the form I was filling in and it didn't recognise it despite being correct. I tried putting +44 at the beginning, still didn't recognise it. It was only when I received a message telling me my number had been switched over that I deduced that I was meant to leave out the "0" at the beginning.

I can't connect to the internet when I am outside in town at the worst possible times. I just had to buy a bus ticket because my digital one couldn't load. I couldn't go shopping because I could not even access my bank app. Paying £20 a month for what? And you have to cheek to increase my payment amount. I am NEVER coming back after my stupid contract ends. This contract is an absolute SCAM and this app is terrible in itself.

I don't want new apps I have no idea how to stop the upgrade panel coming up. All I want is just one message a month showing me my bill. Why make everything so complicated. It might pay you to set up a far easier site for elderly people to cope without the stress (I am 76). I can not find my bill amongst all this dross. I would go to Vodafone, but they are probably just as complicated. How are you going to persuade me to continue my almost 20 years of loyalty?

App/Linking website are terrible I have been unable to pay my bill as their payment system fails. Support is terrible, customer service non existent. What worse you call them and they ask for your full password... What type of company asks for a full password. Don't recommend the APP or Three as a provider full stop.

This app is awful. You try and pay your bill through it and it accepts your details, goes through in your bank statement, but the app says you still need to pay. Customer service will say it's a bank problem despite other reviewers having the same issue, then have to pay them AGAIN via call. Try and re- set up direct debit, again it accepts your details but takes you to a blank page that doesn't load or refresh meaning you have to pay £5 extra that month because the app doesn't work.

Absolute terrible app, just like other reviewers on here. I made payments to pay for my phone bill, three takes money out of my account which is displayed on my bank statement and I even contact my bank to confirm this, yet three says they never reviewed there payment. My services got suspended and the many times I had to go on threes customer service they told me to send my bank statement to them, I did so and I never got no reply or services returned. Because of this I'm coming off 3 for good

Been working great. The suddenly it won't let me pay my bill. You put in all the details and it goes through. And it shows up on your bank statement and then suddenly disappears like you never made it the payment. And the app claims you still have to pay it. When ever I do it doesn't say that's it paid just the upgrade page after paying. I'm worried my service will be cut off for not paying. But I'm trying to pay it.

The app isn't working, I was waiting in the queue and when was my turn, the chat gets closed by itself. If you phone them, the operators looks like they're not understand English, all they want it's just money. Update to the review: I was waiting 2 weeks to receive the phone and SIM card in one of the store as we discussed and 2 weeks later when I get back to them, surprise, the order been cancelled and no one could be bother to say a word about it! Shame!

They have got awful service, I didn't cancel my direct debit, and paid manually £5more than my contract two times , and now £45 ,and I had live chat with them ,they said only £20 for March, and we update your payment but they didn't do , and I don't know how they changed my date for direct debit , 10 days earlier.

Picked up a new phone A22 now app works great 5 stars well done. Only issue now is now I have two My 3 Network sims in phone and trying to get into individual accounts with the app only let's you in 1. So it's a kind of issue !.

The signal keeps coming up week or not at all and we live at the top of a hill so can't figure that out even though it's says 3 is the best network for my area. Also the pay as you go is one of the most expensive so we're thinking of going to 02 or ee.
