Doesn't work. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 using bluetooth. No sound difference. Uninstalled.

What is it with these EQs that can't play what's coming out of the speaker? Want something for audio streams like Pandora. Didn't work on galaxy s3.

Simple, straight forward, and easy to use. No ability to save settings, but that's a small sacrifice for an app that isn't loaded down with a bunch of advertising and useless features that just consume memory. I seldom give 5 stars, because there's almost always room for improvement. This time it's in appreciation for your ability to keep it simple, especially at a time when so many others want to try and make bulky, all encompassing apps. Thank you for a clean, simple, light weight app.

Can't increase volume after updating this app was a good app before the update

sounded great before the update now it sounds horrible

If everything is flat and I turn any of the frequencies up, all other levels go down and the level I'm adjusting stays where it is. I understand it can't put out more volume than the phone can already do but the settings should start maxed and have the control decrease everything since that's what your actually doing.

I love how clean this app is. It doesn't need a bunch of crazy permissions hijack my phone and steal my contacts, and it doesn't spam me with a bunch of ads. I also love that it works with Google Play. My one complaint is that it reduces the volume output of my phone so much. I have to crank the volume to max on my phone and speakers to get medium output. Fine if I'm sitting next to the speakers, not good if I'm moving around my apartment. It would be a five star app if it didn't have this one flaw.

The sound quality is great. As long as it doesn't stop working randomly, it'll be great. Wish there was an on/off toggle widget and notification bar when running in the background (if it is, in fact, running in the background - if not, it'd be great to have that too). UPDATED: After a few hours, it finally randomly stopped functioning, causing the volume to increase drastically and making me look like a fool for jumping out of my chair.

I'm an audiophile with really nice sound systems I built from the ground up, thought my phones speakers sucked compared to friends phones, a few EQ adjustments later with this app and I'm very surprised how well I got my phone to sound after a few minutes of fine tuning "amazing audio for a phone with this app"

It has improved my sound better than Dub and its predecessor. Too bad you can't save settings. I use 3 different BT spesker system and each has different qualities.

It doesnt do anything except look good.doesn't change the sound at ALL

It works with my other music apps however the equalizer is only affective while the eq app is running, but I don't mind it

Sub bass boosted, treble and midrange where I want them. This seems to be the only GOOD equalizer app that boosts the bass as low as 30hz (that's what I was looking for). I am considering at least a small donation for this app once it is financially viable. Thank you for making such a good clean free app.

The app works exactly as it should, providing access to Android's 5-band EQ and also a bass boost option. The app could use a nicer UI and a custom preset feature, but I'm giving 5 stars because of the lack of unnecessary permissions and ad-free experience.

Tried it on my Galaxy S4. Yes, I left it running in background. Ran app and played games and music.. sound does not change at all regardless where controls are moved to. It seems no EQ works on S4

It works with other apps that don't have equalizers installed. If another app has its eq on, such as pvstar or poweramp, this app is blocked. I use it when accessing YouTube video from the stock browser, or audio from other apps that lack built in eq, like NBA Game Time. As some users have said, it sometimes shuts itself off. This is annoying when I'm in the middle of a movie, and the bass drops without warning.

I love this app cuz its just a good simple equalizer that works when listening to Pandora and it doesn't require any special permissions. Best of all there's no bullsh!t advertising like most of the other apps. When I first tried it it didn't seem to work on my phone's built-in speaker but it works great when plugged into my stereo.

Works well with HTC one with beats audio. Definitely improves sound quality.
