Three Kingdoms: Epic War

Was a fantastic game until pure imbalance of fraction comes to play. Spend lots but lost to the pure imbalance even with the latest lineup. I miss the old versions

I rate this game 4 stars due to fond memories of the three kingdom story line. However for those that are looking for a good gaming experience may need to take these things into consideration. 1. The game has a large tendency to lag regardless of WiFi or 4/5G. 2. Some of the best units can only be collected by paying. 3. The game requires a lot of self exploration and testing as it is easy to skip explanations by simply taping the screen even if you do not hit the skip button.

I'm curious as to why the game has such a high rating despite core problems. It's fun, sure, and the combat is interesting enough that you would often do it manually, but there are problems: Card descriptions are sometimes erroneous, where cards get another card's description. The horse unit flanking maneuver needs serious polishing. Story Dialogue is often cut short, with no "next page" function that I can see. The story itself looks like it was made up on a coffee break. More besides.

Game is pretty good, but awful network. No support. Can't even log on right now, even on Wi-Fi. Shame because graphics are nice and tactical gameplay like this is pretty rare on mobile gacha games

great game but has some major... problems the main one being that you have to wait up to 20 seconds after doing something before it will register as being done for example leveling up a hero, you click the level up button and 5-20 seconds later your hero levels up, same thing with quests, you finish the quest and have to wait for the game to register that you finished it, until it does clicking on the auto quest thing just brings you back to the one you just finished, its very annoying

This game is fun and time consuming but all the 5 star reviews are based on a reward in the game. If you like the history behind the ROTK series then it is worth some fun. However that being said, that's about where all the fun ends. The battles at first are not all that bad but when people finally get certain heroes ( Lu Bu) then they pretty much become very difficult if not impossible to defeat. After the campaign the game took a huge nosedive.

I grew up playing ROTK for Nintendo and SNES, and I must say, this is extremely nastalgic, and refreshing at the same time. The story alone is excellent, giving a new profound look into the background of some of the beloved characters from my childhood. The gameplay is simple to use, yet very strategic, with various options that can completely change a fight from a horrible loss, to an overpowering win. I don't have enough room here to say how awesome I think this is! I would give 10 stars!

the tutorial phase is one long progression through your story, unlocking aspects of the game slowly, which actually helps, since there's a ton to do and you could get overwhelmed by it all up front. It should also be stated that they bribe people for 5 star reviews, but it is actually a very well crafted game. Though a huge time sink

Has trouble with saving data: upon returning after an hour, my Commander level was the same, yet all other progress - campaign, generals, how much hundreds of additional megabytes I had already downloaded, et cetera - had been completely wiped. After staying connected just long enough to inform me of this, it froze and refused to restart after closing. Unviable app, ergo 0/5. Shame, really, as what little I managed to achieve in the first session was quite engaging.

The game stops responding everytime it loads halfway through after I press Start. Like 1/10 it completes but even so I had to exit the game and go back in hopes that it could work. Please fix!! Some texts aren't complete (reading skills during battle etc). The fact that I can't turn the camera makes moving backwards so difficult too. Buggy game

it's a fantastic game. great work! although it'll really help if the texts don't cut off halfway... I'd really like to read the entire sentence. it can get very annoying when even instructions or guideline texts get cut off. please help fix this issue. thanks a lot! Also, it woule be ideal if the texts and voice overs can be interchangeable between eng and chinese. I'd prefer english texts and chinese voiceovers. if the game improves, i just might end up staying and spending on it.

it has to be one of the most thought out games I have ever played you can design a city and upgrade it and you can design your own character and your own team too I recommend this game to anyone that wants a game to play for a very long time one of the only downsides is it takes up a lot of space but I personally think it's worth it my request of the game creators are that they find a way to compact it and make it so it takes up less space on the phone I am using for this app a Samsung galaxy s7

I come back to change my rating. Its says strategy but its not. Some levels are so unbalanced that it can't be win. A friendly advice don't spend any money, just enjoy it for a week then uninstall it. How can all 4* heroes got defeated by 2* heroes. Even my might is higher than them. Something doesn't right add up.

Keep hanging especially during battle. Please do something on this!

Originally I gave this high marks but its almost impossible to navigate in the world map. Touch the screen to move and it keeps asking if you want to relocate, pretty frustrating. Same thing in the feif castle. Try to move and it clicks on buildings. ugh!

its terrible imo. combat is boring AF, characters require to much Resource for upgrading, the story feels like a chore everytime i log in. the rewards dont fit the input of gameplay. english V-Acting is so cringey omg. gem cost for pulling is expensive 2500 for 10x. many more issues but those are main ones for me. i uninstalled guess its not my style of game, best of luck.

Actually its a very good game. It doesn't throw everything at you, within a matter of minutes of starting the game. The game takes it's time by opening up different systems and activities within the game. Making it a bit easier to understand the game and what different things do.

Different from console as to the provinces. however, it's a learning curb. just takes a little getting used to. but I must say, very enjoyable game. tutorials will guide you through the learning portion. so far I have no complaints! coming from me that says a lot! nice job guys!

Enjoying the game quite. Gameplay is fun, i can get a lot of high level heroes through the Fortune thing they have, which is great for not feeling like you have to buy packs to get better characters. Overall I think it is a great mobile game with a pretty good strategy aspect.

Game is engaging and fun, combat challenging enough to keep one interested in getting better. Advancement is simple enough and not tedious with the main quest line, however I do wish all the text was available in English, sometimes I don't know what these cards do!

Great game. At first I thought that it was a little bit much to understand but soon I found myself playing it more every day. So many different ways to gain power and the amount of events is good. One thing though I havent seen an option to scout an opponent to see amounts of resources. If I could do this would be a little better but overall great game.

I enjoy the game but after having an issue with an ongoing bug robbing me of rewards I contacted the support staff on the facebook page and it was a nightmare. Not only did they not resolve the issue, they accused me of lying about it. In an attempt to get it resolved, I jumped through their hoops and even sent them photos clearly demonstrating the issue and even after they ignored it and continued to imply I was lying about the issue. I'm very disappointed and now I won't be spending any money on this game.

i downloaded this game thinking it was going to be a typical strategy game where you had to build up a city collect resources and battle other cities but i love the mmo style that they have added where you can actually control the character you choose not just look at a picture of them this game truly is amazing and i would reccomend it to anyone

Bought a chest of 30 gear in the shop and they claimed it is an error and took it away from our inventory just like that. "Compensated" with 3 gears instead. Whatever you buy in this game, you have no rights to it ans they can just remove it with a click as and when they wished.
