At the kiosk it rarely acknowledges that I have an account and when it does read, most of the time it says I have no funds in the account. When on the app it acknowledges that I do. Also you're lucky if the kiosk even reads the bar code of the item you want. Lower prices and fix the equipment to function as expected. Recently it will take your money, but not apply it to the account at all.
Why do I need an arbitrary account as a card user? Why am I charged an extra ten cents a transaction if I directly purchase items with my card? To avoid the ten cents charge, I have to deposit money into an account... by charging it to my card. Not only does this add a pointless added step, but I can't deposit the exact amount I want to for a transaction. This service is literally a scam that wants to nickel and dime you, whether you "save" ten cents by throwing more money than you need to into a pointless account or by charging an extra ten cents if you buy things directly.
Not sure how to contact someone about me losing money. I should have had $5.46 on my account after buying food with $10. This is 1st problem I have had. I put in my email to collect funds to account it never showed up????????
It worked, but you have to pre-load money. Not ideal when you're only using the app because the kiosk was broken for 3 days. I now have money just sitting in their pockets with no way to get it back.
App used to work fine but now when I log in, I can't deposit money, pay for items at work and the kiosk at work doesnt work either. Garbage app. Please fix.
I'm over 6 foot tall and had to practically get on my hands and knees to find the chip reader on the kiosk to make an account deposit. It's going to take me a month to get through the 10 bucks I had to add to the account, which of course will leave me with like 40 cents left once I buy enough of them. I just want to swipe my card and get a soda like I have always been able to.
When you preorder through their list of items they have to choose from items frequently are not available when you try to pick them up and there is no way to receive refund or exchange except to contact your bank and open dispute.
It's a hustle to set it up, I can never get it to work when I need it, logs me out every time and it won't remember my password for a faster login.
for SLC REC users, and maybe everyone, if you make the account on the kiosk it will be saved for when you log in on mobile, so you dont have to find your kiosk on the giant list.
Won't find store. I installed this app because they're kiosk was down. it has a call for support button which works well except that after 20 minutes on the hold grrrr
I feel as though the app needs a back button. Any time I use the back button on my android, it closes out the whole app and needs to start over.
App doesn't allow money deposits anymore. Kiosk goes down once a week. We had a better experience using the old vending machines.
App fails often. Users are unable to log at times. Sometimes lasting a day or two.
Portions are tiny, they made them smaller now, meat is low quality, NO INGREDIENTS LISTED, ILLEGAL. LAZY COMPANY THAT SHOULD HAVE ITS AMAZON ACCOUNT REVOKED. This app is useless, can't link payment method or load my account to buy anything. What's the point???? God I hate that this company is our only option to eat at amazon. I hope we replace this with a better company that actually cared and does its job.
Cant even set up an account because my store is not in the drop down menu. Can't even get my change back. Horrible.

So THAT'S why its rated so low, no forgot password button and you have to email assuming they ever get back to you. This company thinks this makes sense to paying customers.

Worked fine for awhile but not it won't allow me to deposit funds to my account.
The prices for products are outrageous.
App works ok but prices in the store ridiculously high $1.95 for cookie? 1.87 coffee ripp off way to pricey!!!!

I literally couldn't make it past the login.
Having a large selection at work is great. However I've had to create 2 separate accounts for the kiosk because it will not accept any login information. I have money on both accounts and I'm very frustrated that I cant even use it. Theres not even an option to reset the password to at least see if I can recover my remaining money since they didnt think to make the machines give back change. More frustrating than convenient.
