Security is something you first need to understand. App does what it should do in a secure manner. Its the admin (in your organization) who needs to understand the setup and how to manage, most of all to explain users they are getting a new identity. Then a bit of thinking on user side, then this does exactly what you need. Having an ID instead of a linked phone number is first a little tricky to understand but again there's a reason. Haven't yet worked through all features :-)
Missing group calls!!! Otherwise works well in 80% of cases. In the rest, the call keeps initializing, or the recipient tries to answer in vain. Need to call again and hope it'll work. Usually it does, on the second try.
We rely on this app among the company. It is proven to be secured, fast and reliable. The voice calls are also amazing while being encrypted. I wish it could support deterministic upload progress bar like decent chat services.
After app deletion, its impossible to login again. It is asking a backup password and I can't remember that. There should have been alternative options, such as messaging code to registered phone, you made it so complicated and don't call that security
Once the best messaging app but now the worst. actually I mean how can you make the app for organisations that are sure of making money free but selling that to be used by individuals who may not even afford to buy it. Ksh.300/$3. That is ridiculous.
Very unreliable. Calls wont go through most of the time. No ability to leave VM. At least ok for IM only. Limited group capability.
Delete for all option required, pls provide as soon as possible. Other wise it's ok.
It's secure and perfect way of communicating
Guys ... if you see a user name and password and don't have one, don't you think logically this application isn't for you? People who give this one star need to have their head examined.
Wish it wasn't so difficult to reply to a message containing a link...

Poorly supported, but decent if you cope with lack of a fully functional Windows/Mac app. MDM is intuitive, pricing is modest. Seems to be secure, but I don't think I'll pay for another year of service.
