The app looks great, but what good is it if you go to checkout and all the time you spent adding items to your cart if for naught because the app developer is not complying with Google security policy and it won't let you log in to place your order... Just use the website

Found the app quite slow and crashed a number of times. However it also was during heavey use time and recognize that many people were using and ordering online for COVOD19 outbreak. However in the end it was too slow to be usable. I could not select options and the app kept crashing. I eventually gave up and ordered through another online grocery service.

Despite taking 10 minutes to even load the app, I attempted to push forward. Filled a cart, app crashed and I lost my cart. Loaded it again, attempted again. Sat empty for 5 minutes, suddenly it updates and reloads my previous cart, overwriting everything I attempted to do. I login to make a profile, my cart again disappears. It doesn't come back. Create a profile by associating my google account. Rebuild a cart. Attempt to check out. Asks me to log in, despite being logged in to the app. Fails

Using this app is a lesson in frustration. Consistent issues with trying to select a store for checkout. Timeslots look available, but aren't; timeslots show past dates (November dates given in April), etc. Items I know are available in store aren't available on the app. Love Thriftys, but these constant issues have us looking at different stores. So disappointing.

I think the way the items are listed and the placement of price etc, at a glance, is a bit difficult to understand. It can get some visual redesign for improvement.

Made an account, made a BIG list, went to pick between delivery and pickup and select a store (which kept telling me my selection was no longer available but it was back and tried other times too) and my entire list was deleted and unavailable. Gave up.

Really like the app. Let's me see the sales flyer earlier than any paper copy. Also gives me ''smiles'' so I can collect air miles faster. Allows me to look a recipes as well. Definitely a keeper on my phone.

I used this app twice and I had very few issues. BUT now the app won't work anymore. I have reinstalled, the whole works. But I get blank screens when I place my order. Please fix this problem.

I have tried to order online 17 times and it won't let me place an order. I love thriftys but I guess I'm going to actually go to the store, get my groceries and have them delivered. You have to make this more user friendly.

App is super slow to load when searching for products and the worst part is you can't even get all the products available in store. Why isn't the full selection available online that they have at the store???

I find the staff very helpful at the Belmont Market store. However I find it very dishonest that they claim "we buy local first" when they don't. For example they don't buy local lamb, only from Alberta feedlots. Until they have an area in each store where they can feature items from local small farms, they can't say they buy local. Local farms tend to be relatively small and Thrifty's seems to be only interested in buying from farms big enough to supply product to all the stores in the chain.

I need a list of groceries that took me quite a while to do I went to check out and I was waiting like for 2 hours for the app to check me out so I could place the order then finally I phone 50 then finally they got to the water and said oh it's not working I need my food for tomorrow morning so I will be ordering it through you I don't expect to pay for the $7.95 charge after spending so long that's my problem

It won't to put my hometown Thrifty's into the app. When I scanned food that I just bought at Salt Spring Island it says it doesn't exist and the barcode and the product is right in front of me. I think it needs an update

Barcode scanner is great! Much more user friendly and faster too. Kudos Thrifty's for the much needed redesign.

Keeps looping to "Rate" this app. I have done so, but it keeps taking me here, when I am trying to view my offers! Three weeks later, and I Still can't load "My Offers," because the app brings me to this page. I rate this Minus 5 🌟's!

Garbage app, reinstalled 3 times to do one grocery order. New update is glitchy. Easier to order the hard way.

Unreliable. It frequently crashes. When it does work it's great!

Love this app! It allows me to shop and save, while thinking about meal prep items and what I need to buy.

Doesn't provide much useful info and doesn't allow online shopping. Needs huge improvement.

Current version has major issues with password acceptance and gatheing product information. If you search or click on departments no products will come up.

Cannot get to flyer. Still cannot click and get to flyer. I always land up being asked to download the app.

I can't sign in, it keeps saying "wrong credentials" but I can sign in on the website with the same login info.

Works great most the time.. sometimes you need to douple check your list for duplicates..

So friendly and accommodating been shopping online for years. Thrifties regularly updates there online shopping site.

The app will not let me place an order, just loads a blank screen when I try.

After many tries still does not work on a year old Google pixel 4. Why waste my time?
