It's annoying to either have to buy a $9.99+ monthly subscription or watch an ad that ruins the momentum of the story every minute or so, but it's even worse that either way, it isn't worth it. The few stories I read were often grammatically incorrect, difficult to keep reading, and not really worth finishing in my opinion, as the conclusions just weren't interesting. I'm sorry to say this, but I didn't enjoy this app at all.
You spend half your time watching adverts and the storylines are very simplistic and boring. I got through about half of a story and then I got bored so I delete the app. also the images you have to watch videos for and they're really rubbish images anyway so it's totally not worth it but without the images then you can't really make sense of what's happening in the story. Do not recommend for you to download.
The stories are good, I will give it that. But there is one problem. There is an option to watch a video to get a book for free or veiw something for free without paying money to unlock it. It works to get a free book yes, but not for viewing photos and such. I tried like a million times and it still didnt show the picture. There are way better apps that work better and have the same quality of stories.
You either have to pay to see the pictures or watch ads every time, and all pictures are integral to the plot. It would be one thing if images were infrequent, but every ten seconds there's a new image. Hard pass!
I have a few complaints, first of all I HATE how you have to pay just to read short little stories I hate how you also have to pay to see images Whenever I use the ads to read the story or see the image it doesnt work or closes me out! Also everytime I close out for a moment I have to watch another ad Other than that the stories are good.
Do not recommend! To read a story, you have to watch a video. To download a picture, you have to watch a video. They have pictures every time two new messages pop up. Then, they will have random ads and videos pop up in the middle of the reading!! 👎
One star. I could deal with the ads because I don't need to pay for things or use the free trial. But making me wait 10 minutes is too much. It let's you get part way through the story and then makes you wait another 10 minutes. It took over half an hour just to finish half of one of the stories. It's all just an attempt to get you to pay. The pictures they use look like pictures you can find on a website for non copyrighted photos...
This isn't a good app because of the constant ads and restrictions it has. It also doesn't let you choose your response. its incredibly limiting and really off putting when it shoves the monthly payment down your throat. Don't recommend at all. :/
It leaves you on cliffhangers. It makes you pay for the next episode. Rather that, the ads are worth it. Who ever hates these ads this game is not for you. Imgine you other people who hate it made this game. It isnt easy, right??? Ill give 4 stars because not only you put in forth good effort, but you tried. The last star is tooken away from cliffhangers. I love it. No matter you make mistakes or what, you at least tried. Please add more of the stories. Thanks you!
Not too bad but way to many ads and too expensive after the 3 day trial. I haven't been able to finish a story yet because it makes me wait ten minutes after like 100 text bubbles. I wouldn't recommend.
I really liked the it however I didn't like that you have to watch an advert to be able to see the photo or get to another section of the story. I think that I'd they can give more samples without paying that would make it a lot better. Any way I really enjoyed reading it
I think that this is a great app but it has many restrictions like having to watch an add to view simple pictures, and the stories are short. Other than that the app is great and gives me the chills!
In the ad, it showed options, which isn't a feature that I was going for, if you watched a video to look at the photo, it'll make you watch an ad again. Also should let people make their own stories and more topics. Even Yarn is better than this.
You had to pay to get the stories or watch a video before every single one. Not the best stories and says you have to watch a video to see the image but after I watched it the app still would not let me see the picture. Complete waste of time.
It's a good game, but when I try to load most of the pics, they don't show up. I click the watch an ad, but nothing happens. No ad, no photo. Please help and get back about the issue cuz such a good game and I wanna see pics aswell!
The app wouldnt even let me read the stories, it would just show me the cover of the story ans not me press anything after. At first I could read stories but then it began such symptoms. There are way too many ads as well. It doesnt even give you the options it said you had! Ridiculous!!
Way too expensive (40 euros a MONTH?! I can play a years worth of playstation online for that!) And watching ads to unlocl things don't work. Uninstalled right away. Complete ripoff when there are better, cheaper games out there.
It absolutely disgusts me how littered this game is with ads. you cant even view one photo or story without paying money or viewing a 15 second ad. Really destroys the games quality and immersion. also there's literally no 'choose the message' in the stories.
do not get this app its terrible! you have to pay for even just the smallest thing. its $10 a week just to unlock the stories, also there are so many adds! every 5 seconds an add pops up. this game is stupid and a waste of time and storage. I do not recommend this app at all.
I thought it looked quite good on the adverts but you have to pay to do pretty much anything or watch an ads if you don't do pay for every image. It also takes you on to an story you have to pay for after the first chapter
I absolutely hate this app, you have to watch a video to view each photo or you can pay almost 10$ a WEEK to use it. If it were 10$ a month I would be happy to get it but not each week.
Tons of commercials, and the few stories that I did have the patience to read were incredibly dull. Maybe the version that costs could be alright but the free one is just awful.
It's horrible when you need to look at to pics you have to watch a video and when I wanted to see a pic it wouldn't let me see it no matter how many times I were to watch an ad and once you've gotten to a certain point it says you need to wait 27 mins for you to read the rest of the story!🙄 And a waist of time don't get this app!! Hopefully you won't get this app
I enjoyed it at first, the stories were fun and it might not have been perfect English, but it was still understandable. The ads I didn't mind, I didn't mind waiting to see the pictures but then came the LOVELY feature that forces you to wait 10 minutes or pay, in the middle of the damn story. I don't recommend this app at all, there are far better apps similar that don't do this. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
