Thriv - Savings Goal

I'd recommend this app to anyone else who was banking with Simple and needed to find another way to manage their savings goals. Very glad I got the pro version - this app is definitely more powerful than I initially realized and it's filling the gap that the Simple savings goals management left open for me very nicely. In case anybody else has the same issue; tags are for deposits + withdrawals, not goals! I feel a little silly it took me so long to realize, but I hadn't actually started filling in my progress and now it makes much more sense. Initial review: Is there a way to group goals together? Like I have 5+ different travel savings goals and I haven't figured out how to group them to see my progress on all of them together (edit - the category feature is exactly what I was wanting, thank you!)

Love the simplicity and the widget (paid option). Would be nice to include income and expense. So left over income can be used toward a savings goal, just so I can gauge where I'm at, instead of having to go to another app to see my balance then come to this app to plan savings . ☺ Overall excellent app. I put a friend on to it and he's a simple guy doesn't like all these apps but he loves this one.

I really like this app because I can set goals of the things I want to save money towards. Coming from a person who is bad at saving, *cough 😅* this app shows me my progress of how much I have saved up and keeps me motivated to continue putting money away. My favorite part about this app is it shows you how much money to put away if you have a Daily, Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, etc pay check. You can also set reminders for when to put some of your paychecks away for saving. Great job Thriv Devs.

After updating to the latest version, I lost all my goals progress and the app crashes when I try to download my backup from Google Drive. I had to set all my goals progress again manually and from the top of my head. Now I am not able to even upload my backup to Drive. Please, fix this annoying issues as soon as possible.

update: changed to 5 stars from 4 after using it for a short period of time. Very useful app so far (first day)... the only app I've been able to find that tells me how much I need to save based on my total goal, duration and frequency (daily, weekly,etc) ... all the others I tried didn't do that and I had to calculate it and enter it. Great job.

I'm a very visual person when it comes to working towards my goals & this app has proven many times over to be my perfect motivator. I love seeing the percentage bar grow, even in the degree of the percent, because it reminds me the impact that even the smallest investment in a savings goal can make. To date, this app has played a substantial role in helping me save almost $11,000 towards various goals and you can bet that this app is going to be my #1 in helping me continue that streak.

This app is great! But the only problem is ads at the bottom and pop up ads all the times. I understand that you need to make money in a way or another but just reduce on the amount of ads. Keep improving!!!

Better UI than most other similar apps. But one simple feature I find missing is having the daily/weekly/monthly saving needed to meet target appear in the goal simultaneously, as the app forces us to choose any one filter. Would love it better if you could change that.

Thriv is great. I love seeing the visual bar of progress as I steadily reach my savings goals. One savings account, many savings goals. Thriv helps keep it all together and tidy. I'd like to see this app get more polished in future updates. With slick graphics and reminders.

This app is super helpfull and helps me get my head around hown much I put away per week for what ever I'm saving for BUT I think it would be cool if part of the graphs you have a line graph that has not just how much you put away per week, but also another line to show how much you needed to put away as a better way to visualize what you are actually doing and puting away to your goals. over all love this app and keep up the awesome work.

I'll give it 3 stars as for using it for only 5 minutes I was really satified with everything on the app but when the "goal limit" thing appeared I suddenly disinstalled it. It's a good app and I would pay for the unlimited goal thing if only I could so maybe in future I will but as for now, nothing. I also think that the goal limit is too low, I mean 3 goals is not this much, at least 5-10 goal limit would have been much better.

it disappoints me how limited it is, i do get that the developers would like some support but this much limitation and loads of ads isn't making me stay for awhile. it is simple and straight to the point. lacks customizability, reaches all audiences and more in-depth options.

Too many abbreviations and difficult to navigate. Guessing at what each button is for or what I'm looking at. I'm looking for an app that'll tell me savings account balance with all savings goals adding up to the account balance. For saving all goals in one account.

In general quite pleased with app - but can't find a proper 'help page' and it took a while to figure out how to use correctly. Only just realised I could move Categories/Goals up or down with my finger !!! Now I'm slowly getting the hang of it it was worth paying £3 for NO ADS - coz they're so annoying. Just to reiterate: more info on how to use would have been helpful. Maybe you can do this in the future ?

Also a customer from Simple. This is a great app in terms what I was looking for coming from Simple. I only took a star away because the widgets do not work as well and this was a key feature I liked from Simple. On the widget, you can add a countdown of how many days left until goal date. However, the days left countdown does not automatically update. I have to remove it from home and then re-add it for it to update.

This is a great app - I am saving for an exchange trip (which is a pretty big amount of money) so being able to save and have a visual representation and % of how well I'm doing and how far I have to go is great. Easy to use and very straightforward.

****** Don't buy this app***** There are others which are free, more responsive & will improve there UI. Third class app. No sync between app and app widget. You need to update app to see the update on the widget. After latest update the widget goal keep going blank. The developer only interested in selling the app & not in solving the issues. Dark mode not available and going towards no usefulness with each update. Unable to attach images. Shifting to other simple but useful app.

Great platform and easy to use. This app makes it a lot easier to get a realistic view of how much you have left to reach your goals. Still think it could improve by adding additional features but is still great as is. Definitely recommend.

Great app, easy to use, and great design and theme. However, you are limited to 3 goals for free then you have to pay $6 for the full version. A bit high if you ask me. Besides that, a great app.

It's a very good savings app for beginners who wanna start saving. You can set the target according to your needs and it's very flexible. Especially for students, it's highly recommended.

Needs an auto-sync for the backup feature. Having to reset my app is irritating as it often crashes during this. Enjoy the app nevertheless. I supported by purchasing the full version.

Its ok and the free version cover a basic setup. However there needs to be an option for the currency of each wallet or goal and the conversion to to the total amount of the funds.

Fraud app. Purchased the app and the history of google shows that still now app is showing that the app hasn't been purchased. Do not purchase the app. Developer is a fraudster.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Useless app as widget doesn't work. Don't buy this app if you are buying with widget in mind. There are static or stand alone free apps with widgets which are useful. Only thing they didn't have looks like this app but usefulness is more important. Uninstalling though I have bought the app.
