I love seeing what's new at Thrive Market! I know it will be healthy, and will be shipped to me carefully! Thank you! to all of you at Thrive Market! Great Job!! However, the on line shopping experience is dreadful. It moves me to where I did not intend to go, I can not find things except accidently, I'm not finished putting in how many I want and it switches pages on me. I have frequently, just stopped ordering and went somewhere els.
I love Thrive Market. it's a super convenient way to access healthy food staples for my household. I love the occasional free gift, as it has introduced me to several, now favorites, I otherwise would never had tried They are constantly introducing new products, and support Whilec30, as well as other healthy eating programs. They ship quickly, as well.
Love the market and the products and website, but one star for the app. I haven't been able to log in for months so I haven't purchased as much as a result. I tried two different phones and the app gets stuck on the loading screen as soon as I press log in. No problems on the iPhone or website but the Android app needs help.
I have been very happy with all of the products I have bought. I really like the way they break their products down by diet and that there is a nutritional listing for all of the edible products. it is nice that they give you free products to try. I have found that I like things that I never would have ordered without the chance of trying it out. it is nice that they have customer service workers. They ket you know when an item is on sale that you usually buy.
love that the app gives you extra coupons and promotions! it's also a pretty strong grocery app. easy to use and navigate on mobile even when searching through hundreds of items. I love Thrive!
Decent prices and good products - especially useful if you are following a special diet or just appreciate good, clean organic food! Their auto ship programs saves you even more. Only $49 to qualify for free shipping- that's pretty fair! I've been a member over a year now , no regrets!
I love Thrive Market! I don't know what I would do without it. I live in a very rural area so there isn't enough available to me locally. Also, I appreciate how Thrive actually supports community in need- like me! They pass along whatever savings is available and I can trust what they're selling to be the best. I cannot say this enough- even the Thrive brand is top quality and affordable. I'll never leave this market and I share it with everyone I talk to! And the app is great, too!
App is just as useable as the website except for some minor screen size limitations. I like the occasional notifications for when a good deal is available.
Keep charging and sending. I have cancelled all subscriptions and lists, I have talked to customer service. Yesterday I received notice 3rd time. ANOTHER SHIPMENT!!!! 63$$😡 not cool. I have more product than I can use b4 it goes bad, but they keep sending more. Cancel all you want, they WILL send more😪
Was great for a while..until recently. As soon as I add one item to my cart, it freezes and I have to exit, force stop the app and then open it again. Adding items to my cart takes a long time as well.
Really like the company. I've never tried to cancel my membership, so I can't speak to some of the other stories in the comments, but I've contacted them multiple times when I've accidentally put the wrong address on an order (I send boxes to my family sometimes), and I have received consistently good customer service. However, their app could use some work. It has some definite performance issues, and I'm not sure why. I use it, but I wish it didn't lag and stutter so much...
There have always been too many pop-ups, every time you add something to your cart you get a screen violator. Multiple issues over the last year with actually placing orders as well, with the latest update I got stuck in my cart and couldn't place the order, and then when I updated again just to be safe, it no longer recognizes me as a member and is trying to sign me up (and charge me) again. Really disappointing.
As a company? Wonderful. Their app? A disaster. The auto ship feature is so confusing. I've used auto ship with other apps/companies (Grove Co's is a breeze) before and it's not anywhere near as much of a nightmare to use as it is with thrive. I've ended up with double orders of auto ship items and orders that never went through and just sat in my cart. Please make it so everything that's in the cart, auto ship or otherwise, all gets automatically billed and sent at once.
4/3/22 | Moto G4+ | Updated app and can't log in anymore. 11/14/21 | Had to block all notifications since it bombards me daily and doesn't provide the option of opting out of promo ads. Very bothersome. Other than that, it's slow to start.
ok, initially I wasn't sure if I wanted to stick with this subscription and I was reading alot of reviews of unhappy customers, etc so I was skeptical. however, I must say that my first order was delivered super fast, everything was perfect and all of the foods that I've tried have been awesome. I like this service because there are really unique items that I cannot find at my local grocery store. very happy with this so far. looking forward to my next shipment
Update: Just updated and it won't let me sign in🤦🏼♀️ Now I can't even use the app😭 I LOVE Thrive but app is Horribly slow, it's painful to use, so is their website. After they redid their website it looks great but is soooo slow & glitchy, often when I'm shopping I give up, & don't end up ordering anything that day cause I just can't deal with it. They must need a faster server or something. We live in a fast paced world, "ain't nobody got time for that!"😜
So painfully slow to load and update selections...so painful to use this app. It wastes so much time when trying to update cart. Please fix this! I would love to update my rating when the app improves. Right now considering the amount of my time wasted and the unbelievable frustration - a one star is fair.
this is the only grocery delivery service I will use. Competitive pricing, fast free shipping on orders $25+. plus the ability to filter groceries by dietary needs is a must have for me!
I like thrive market a lot! all of their products are great quality and do a lot to help people who need high quality food. I give them 4 stars because they don't always have the items i look for and some of their stuff is priced higher than I can get it elsewhere. But overall I'm quite happy.
I have taken everything out of my cart and my subscription and I have still received 2 orders that I did not buy. The only response I get is that they can't do anything about it, I just have to refuse the order when fed ex drops it off. I guess I'll have to have the bank stop any future payments to thrive
3/15/22 - I'm not sure what is glitching because everytime I use the app I have to log back in. 9/1/18 - The app is very easy to navigate and find things. Only suggestion I have to add a feature that would let you mark your favorite brands.
Great app and very easy and effective customer service. Would be great if there was a 'clear cart' function, but everything else is great!
I've used several other shopping services & delivery with those was always problematic. Thrive carefully packs everything so nothing is crushed or broken during delivery. Packaging is all recyclable, important to me & quality & prices are great. Wishing they'd add more selection & include dairy & produce to their menu to avoid having to shop in grocery stores altogether. I highly recommend trying Thrive!
It's easy to use and I like that you can skip a week for a subscription item if you aren't ready instead of having to delete it and then add it back for the next subscription week.
Love being able to get clean foods, delivered to my door, at great prices! When there is an occasional issue (wrong or broken item etc), they have been great a resolving the problem.
Issues with upgrade :( I can't see nothing under Messages & Offers. It saying that I have 7, yet it says No Messages & Offers. WTH?! Not happy at all on this new look. UPDATE I had some other issues when typing the review on a product. That has been resolved. Although I'm getting the hang of it, I prefer the old app.
Love the app it's easy to navigate. Love healthy foods I can't find at the grocery store delivered to my home. New products always arriving. Great prices!
so convenient. they offer so many vegan & plant based options. some brands I love and some I'm just using for the first time. fast delivery and they're great with customer service.
Slow and laggy... sadly, their website isn't much better. It takes a copious amount of time to "shop". It is so much easier going to the store. Takes so long to look at anything. They really need to improve the performance, make navigation easier, and greatly improve response times. I do like how they ship and what the company stands for.
