There are 4 patients here:
The 1st patient: She loves swimming but she chocked several times when she was swimming yesterday. She’s got a throat infection now. Please clean her throat and cure her.
The 2nd patient: He sang too much yesterday and now he loses his voice and he cannot speak any more. I think his vocal cords are broken. Please repair his vocal cords.
The 3rd patient: A fish bone was stuck in her throat. Please give her a throat surgery and remove the fish bone.
The 4th patient: He ate some spoiled food and now he feels pain in his throat. Please give him a throat surgery and make him feel better.

I think it is a good game. It has more than a few items so that we will not fell it is boring.
There are sooo many ads you never get to play, it's confusing
This game is awesome my kid really loves it but the ads are ridiculous we couldn't even get through part of the game without an ad popping up can't even enjoy the game because of the ads

Nice game tho the includes ads warning is not kidding. I felt like every time I clicked on a tool an ad started. I also protest the beer ad being shown repeatedly; I grew up with an alcoholic parent and would far rather have seen other ads besides that. And in order to see the other patients after the first patient you *have* to play the minigames. Maybe if there was an ad free version I would like it more, however even for a free game there really are entirely too many ads. Until there is a version with no ads (which I would pay no more than 1.99 for), I am removing this game. The enjoyment is very overshadowed by the annoying appearances of ads. I shall be restraining from trying out any other games from this designer.
