Throwing Practice for PoGO

FEATURES:
- Curveball physics
- Fully customisable physics settings
- Sliders to reposition and resize the target
- Target position presets for different Pokemon
- Unlimited balls with no delay between throws
- Markers that show where you hit the target
- Toggleable flat and round target shapes
This is a throwing simulator/practice app that has been designed to help you improve your throwing accuracy and practice landing curveballs in Pokemon GO. If you don't find the default physics to be accurate enough, you can tweak everything about them, from how far the ball goes, how quickly the ball spins, to how strong gravity is. The throwing position is faithful to the original game, with sliders allowing you to reposition and resize the target to suit your needs, and 24 presets covering a wide range of Pokemon distances from Weedle to Dragonite.

NOTE: If you manage to find better default settings, please don't hesitate to send them to me via email.

The curve throwing is not that alike pogo. Plus, I know how this sounds but it's the only word I could think of, I think the balls are kinda heavy

Omg i downloaded this for eh just for fun and omg it throws nothing like in pogo at all. Don't waste your time

Actually a bad simulation. Hits don't register, and curve balls don't work at all. Waste of time.

Ads interfere with the experience. Ball mechanics not at all like Pokémon go

It is very good but not for 5 stars improve it more.

My catch rate tripled. I FINALLY learned how to throw a curveball.

Not good enough to practice throwing

Zeo. Jun 27, 2018

its pretty good for constant practice

Bru. R. Sep 14, 2017

I was hopeful, wanted to perfect the Raikou trick, but curve balls don't work correctly and no animation to simulate Raikou attacking. Just a big disappoint

Great idea, not executed well. There a wall that you hit on the top when you throw the ball.

It's a pretty good start. Please keep up the good work and don't be afraid to update. Will be keeping this app to see where it goes.

The presets are basically useless. Also not updated for legendaries, very short sighted not to have included the more common difficult to catch things like snorlax, lapras, tyranitar, etc...Could be great, but fell short

The ball bounced off the top or bottom of the screen, as if there's a wall there. To reproduce, try to use the Dragonite preset and use a curveball.

Would like to see updated presets, moving targets and a score keeper. Really fun app. Thanks

Absolute garbage. Tried using curve, completely unresponsive. Tried straight throws, the same throw strength and speed give wildly different distances. Looks pretty though...

70% of the time the ball just disappears when you let go

Best practice app for catching Pokemon. Looking forward to the upcoming updates to improve physics.

The mechanics of the ball and throwing are completely off

Par. S. Oct 30, 2016

I don't have pokemon go available in my country yet but after update I found the throw in this app is way too light, is it same in Pokemon go??

Not only is it good practice for Pokemon Go but messing with the various physics settings and the target positions its great fun to test yours skills and challenge yourself

Allow to set an image to the background such as a phone's screenshot 😉

Great practice for pokemon go. I don't think the physics is exactly the same, particularly when trying curveballs, but I find that it's already improved my straight tosses. It's also fun independent of practicing for pokemon go. I've zoned out tossing balls. I like it.

Gia. B. Oct 28, 2016

The best out there. Definitely. The "poke ball" feels too heavy though, is there a way to make it lighter?

Joe. D. Feb 11, 2018

Good idea, bad execution. Throwing mechanics are nothing like pogo the weight of the ball is too heavy (not trying being sarcastic).. some minor tweaking and this can really be improved on

Tim. H. Nov 3, 2016

I'm level 30 so have a lot of experience playing the game with both straight and curved balls. My impression is that the balls need to be thrown consistently harder in your app app than in the game.

Garbage creator should take off play store doesn't work just ads

Eve. Oct 22, 2016

Nice idea but the target positions aren't right and curveballs don't feel like in the game at all with default settings.

This game gives you practice of how to throw poke balls this is literally fun but i dont how its ending for 1 star
