It works well if you live in an area that has a lot of participating restaurants. If you forget to add a note to your delivery you can't add it later. When i go to order it autofills my address and stuff and it skips the notes. This is really inconvenient when the doorbell is broken and you don't get the chance to mention it in your order.
Terrible service and delivery, always late, almost 2 hours waiting for a delivery, restaurant waiting for a rider to pickup. Thuisbezorgd refuses to cancel saying 2 hours is within the agreed time. Totally out of touch. Customer Service was completely unhelpful, zero service. Trust me, better to use Uber Eats or Deliveroo. Much better service.
The app worked... eventually. It gave some 'technical' error with an unintelligible message and needed restarting, twice, but eventually I managed to successfully place my order.
The app navigation is a bit horrible with the back button sometimes quit the app. Besides, they charge a fee for iDeal payments unlike any other business I know.
The app is mostly good, but more pictures and bigger format, as well as a choice of language could be nice
I can't complain. It runs smoothly 95% of the time and when there are issues they are usually quickly resolved with any major complications or miscommunications.
A very good to use app. Great support team and overall a good company! I can easily find what I want on the app and if there is ever a glitch, their support team is very helpful. They are a joy to communicate to. Give them all a cake!
Customer care zero They solve problem for my brother with very bad soliton with voucher with 10% discount. The order done and there is minimum charge and he don't have any problem to pay extra for delivery service they call him they informed him to come collect the order He called customer care the informed him that the amount will return to his account. Again with follow with bad application and bad management they inform him that the snackfacktory didn't accept to return the amount
Quite a convenient app. I've run into a few technical glitches using it but mostly it works very well.
Where is the basket? Total frustration working with this app. No wonder all restaurants try to bypass it by recommending their own websites.
Most of the time it's ok, until its not. Wrong item delivered to the wrong address. Dissapointed.
First time ordering through this app. Everything went smooth. Only complaint is the horizontal scrolling menu of the store, not very user friendly. Aside from that, great app!

App is very confusing when it comes to a minimum order amount. If it actually is under the minimum order it will tell you you can't order. But if you go over the minimum on the actual order but under due to a discount the app won't tell you but simply make it impossible to order.
There are some things that could be improved: the images size could be larger, and would be nice to be able to open them. Also, although I believe that's more on the restaurants side, would be nice to have more detailed descriptions. And there's a bug when you go through a restaurants menu using the tabs of categories. Normally it gets stuck and abruptly brings you to a different category than you clicked. But it is a pretty neat app. Congratulations and thank you.
There is no way to message the delivery person in the app, and it creates problems when the access is restricted or they cannot find the place... this is a big problem as you have to call restaurant and they to call the delivery person etc... annoying! Additionally, it would be nice to be able to put items from different shops in the same basket to have a single order (even if delivery is separate) but there is a single payment and it saves time and makes it clearer when ordering
the notifications don't always make sense. for example, if I tap a notification about a message in my notificationbar, it takes me to the front page with nearby restaurants listed instead of the message mentioned in the notification. Also, its a bit of a hassle to get back to the foodtracker when you closed the app and then opend it back up, since youll have to search for it in order history. Other then that, great working app.
Delivery times are wildly inaccurate. I don't care that something is going to take an hour if you tell me upfront. Or worse: something arrives 45 minutes early. Complaints are shifted on to the restaurant or the driver, which are independent, of course. Complaining twice about logistics results in your bonus points being revoked. Highly recommend going with the other apps. They might be slightly more expensive, but you save yourself some headaches.

Just tried using the app for the voucher code i earned. And oh boy was this a hell. The design is modern and it would be fine if it worked properly. It constantly hangs, freezes, black screens, "App not responding" notices and random crashes to home screen, or id be returned randomly to the home of the app losing everything i did...
Best takeaway app in the netherlands, unfortunately it fails every time with visa despite working once or twice last year. Uber eats works so it isn't the bank's fault. Also payment fails with Google pay. Shame because uber eats is a terrible app and being forced to use it hurts my soul. Please fix your payment processor I want to use this app 🙏
No cancelation option. If you make a small mistake, even if you notice within seconds, you cannot cancel the order. You need to call the restaurant and hope they haven't started your order yet. Also the pickup/delivery option is on a horrible position which makes you toggle it without noticing, causing the aforementioned mistake. Uber eats still give you a few seconds before confirming the order.
The new UI is so much better. Clean and well-structured. Finally the possibility to access the food tracker in the order history after closing the app post-ordering. Notifications no longer dissappear after acknowledging them. It could use a better indication about the time restaurants close in the main list of restaurants.
I was glad I didn't have to waste time making an account. Quick and easy.
General app is good, 4⭐⭐⭐⭐ But often closed restaurants are not listed as closed when searching (you often have to click on each restaurant, go to the order page, click on info to find out if it's closed...🥴) Seems like a bug but it's bad in general that you can't see opening times on the search page.. Oh and support takes you to email, but IMO should list some options like phone, chat, Snapchat,Skype etc. Could also be better optimized for tablet (horizontally) and (more) menu images👌
App works perfectly fine. I have used it for about 6 years on and off and I think it maybe had an outage only once or twice in those years. However, I would like to suggest a share button on the restaurant pages (and not just after ordering), so if someone else I am ordering for has to pick their dish, it's easier for them to select what I should order for them. Just FYI to many other reviews: Complaints about issues with restaurants are not very useful on the app of Thuisbezorgd. Just saying.
