Thuiszorg & Technologie is an app to discover different care technologies that can be used in home care. The app has various layouts that are appropriate to the work process of the district nurse, but can also be used by other healthcare professionals. There is a classification based on the health patterns of Gordon and a classification based on the most common disorders in home care.

For this app a selection has been made of care technologies that can be used within home care. Be aware that this is not a conclusive overview (October 2018).
