I cant open the app. Says something about an update with mo way to update. Keeps closing and freezing. When app is fixed I will change rating because it used to work really well. Sorry to see its down.
App wants an older version of Android and no compatable update is available. Junk and useless now.
The app is NOT compatible with any Android (2019 - present) Note 9 or newer Samsung S8 or newer.
New players get a chance at $5-1,000 and the first interaction with this place is $5? How cheap can you be? Won't be back.

Piece of junk. Crashed on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 a few seconds after starting. Poor user interface. Got connection error, even though I had a quality high-speed Internet connection. This app has got to be an embarrassment for Bally.
It is a waste of storage space.. This App doesnt work. TVCR will not fix this App cuz theyre not making money out of this.

Love the atmosphere there people that go there are kind and polite everybody's very courteous love the spa everything about it my rooms have always been nice also I like the upgrade but I do have to let all you readers know that I had a very bad horrifying experience 2 weeks ago and I was so shocked that management did nothing whatsoever about the issue everybody there kept pushing the issue on the next person I almost ended up in the hospital because their security stress me out so bad because of my service animal and I'm still shocked that I haven't gotten a phone call from Thunder Valley which I've always enjoyed going to and highly recommend it to a lot of people and the real sad part about it was they made me pay for my room to stay another day after they put me through trauma it doesn't make sense thank you for listening and I hope you read this
The app isn't user friendly. Scrolling is horrible within the app. Your focus should be on the rewards section since that is why people would want to sign into your app. Although you can click rewards, it still seems like you're on a web page. It doesn't feel like an app that is useful. It needs to be straight to the point. Show your tier level, comp balance, free play and hotel stay offers. It would be a plus if you could book hotels within the app too.
