Thync

This app isn't compatible with my Nexus 10 or my Moto X 1st gen or my brand new fire tablet. It's not compatible with any of my devices except my Nexus 6p...wth? It just uses Bluetooth and the internet. Virtually any Android device manufactured within the last 4 years SHOULD be compatible...

This works! Set it up myself with no problem. Make sure you read the instructions and follow step by step.

First it crashes when trying to log in with fb. I can log in with Google okay tho. But then the app doesn't work. I can watch the videos and pair the device but when I try to play a vibe, the concentric lights around the time turn off counterclockwise and then...nothing. And the controls don't work. There's nothing I can do. If I had paid more than $1 for this I'd be even more upset.

I would rate higher. I can get past the video and the device pairs fine. After I hit the play button it tells me its begining it's 30 second amping up then it disconnects. Then I have to start the process all over again just to be disconnected again and again. I love the concept and Im very interested in getting this to work. Some help would be much appreciated.

Why cant i use it on my s7? Or tablets? Whats wrong with using either of those huh?

Device seems to work when it can connect. Running on a nexus 5x. Bluetooth rarely wants to connect and when it connects it comes up with an error a little while later. Tried reinstalling, clearing cache even tried with different phones etc...

I use it on my Samsung S5. Nicely to relax with thync after work. 20 min and I feel great.

Something went wrong, try again with a different sign in method. Unfortunately once you've seen this error with all sign in methods there's no other option. This was after I found out I couldn't use my perfectly good LG phone and had to dig out an old Samsung S5. Would have liked to know if this worked but now I'm more stressed than when I got it.

There's definitely potential for the device, but the current implementation of the app is low quality and unreliable. It takes multiple tries to pair with the device every time I use it. The app disconnects every 5 minutes. The company behind this should be ashamed to ship such a rushed and buggy product.

App works fine. I haven't experienced any issues reported by the other users on my Samsung Galaxy S5, which is actually an older phone. The videos are absolutely annoying after using the app several times. There should be a way to dismiss them or view them when I want, you don't need to shove them in my face every time I open the app or click on something. The device itself I haven't decided how I feel about it, it definitely does something but it's also caused me a lot of nerve pain.

Horrible design. Won't even let me log on through any of the 3 different methods. Doesn't offer any further steps. Calling support goes straight to voicemail. Feel like it's a scam as it eats through your free "trial period." Disappointed

Needs to be updated to support Android N on Nexus devices. - animation won't display upon starting a vibe - vibe percentage won't display

Connection issues all the time, will lose connection and be a pain to reconnect device. It keeps telling me my device needs an update done 4+ in the 24 hours ive had the device.

"Can't play this video" followed by exit on Nexus 6.

Had to wait 3 months for the droid app because wasnt told it wasbonly on iphone. Got the app, had issues getting it to work. Finally worked but the unit itself made no change to my moods or energy. It just did nothing for me.

This app wants access to all your Facebook info, why? It's a remote for the device. This makes me question the usefulness of the device if the company's goal is just to collect data for ad use.

I have used the Thync (Android) product now since the end of November 2015. If you're looking for a little pep in the morning or afternoon Thync beats that shot of caffeine. If you're use to a whiskey in the evening to wind down - Thync can do a better job. I'm looking down the road as to what Thync might have for us in the future. Great product.

I was very excited about getting this product. I purchase this item on Amazon Prime (didn't think it mattered). Had to contact support because Amazon did not explain there was no app for Android. THYNC support told me they would not honor my warranty because I purchased on Amazon Prime. Finally got the app for Android & it simply does not work. I can see that it is paired on my phone but the app is not communicating properly. Waiting for support to get back they are on vacation. Would love to give 5 stars

Well, I got my thync in the mail today. The day it looks like the android app became available. Great, because I don't own any apple devices. I've done one vibe. The sensations followed exactly with the intro vibe's talking. So, it looked to be working properly. Didn't feel anything in particular. Maybe it'll take a few vibes as they suggest. Going to try a Calm. Hopefully I'll get a good nights sleep. I did notice that the thync site doesn't register my vibe as the app said it would. Maybe tomorrow. I'll update this when I get more experience.

I really want to like this app. I've been waiting to try Thync on Android since I first heard about it. Unfortunately it's an iOS design that they ported to Android. It does not feel natural to Android at all. It regularly drops connection in the middle of sessions and requires re-paring. It often pauses sessions and I have to open and hit play. It crashes once out of every 3 or 4 uses. It needs a lot of work. Based on how long the company took to make the Android app, the user experience provided, and that it's not even listed under the Thync's Google Play account (Anil Thakur a contractor?) you can tell the company doesn't treat Android users as a first class customers.

I was able to use my device once. It hasn't been able to reconnect scince. It is frustrating. It's possible because I'm working off of a Galaxy note 5 but it worked once on the same platform. Help would be appreciated.

Sometimes it works. The time the Bluetooth drops endlessly. I spend more time fiddling with it than trying it out. Not energizing and certainly not calming.

When it first starts I feel it working however it drops connection after about 2 minutes and then it restarts. Once fixed for Android phones it will be great.

They should improve the user experience and fix bugs.

Works like a charm.....!! As a small business owner with 2 small children, Thync certainly helps with lowering my stress level....kudos!
