It is very easy to use this application book online blood and get excellent discount. I have avialled the service last week for aargyam test. It was amazing experience technician were very polite and responsible towards time.

Looks like they manually updates values and send reports .no correlation between some parameters as well...

Booked my first Order only and paid online, after 1-2 hour got call that service is not available in that area. But my booking is showing as confirmed. I asked for refund and cancellation, but no refund and no cancellation. My first only experience is really Bad.

Awful. The desktop version doesn't work. And the app is horrible. Just now, even though I have the latest version, the app keeps taking me to the Playstore, and there's no way to book or view any tests in the app. UPDATE: The issue is fixed now. However, for a utility that will probably be used 1-3 times at most in a year for most people, it's important that the web version always work. Anyway, thanks.

Used thyrocare many times four years back without an issue. When I was trying to book again recently, there were many negative reviews. I still went ahead and booked. No issues at all. Taking sample and sending soft copies, everything went on smoothly without a single problem. Affordable too.

The app has been functioning terribly over the past few days. This isn't the first time we've used the app but this time around there have been multiple error messages while trying to set up some tests and later when trying to make a payment and then multiple orders showing up when only one was placed. Quite stressful.

Never use thyrocare services, neither from their website/apps nor from medibuddy. Thyrocare is fraud. They took 1500 for full health checkup but ended up by misplacing the test sample. After that they are not scheduled any appointment to recollect the sample and i receive the same response that team is working on it and will update you. I was getting the same response till 5 days and on 6th day i asked them to refund my fee, but again the same response that they will update me.
