Doesn't retain information. Often Doesn't recognize BT. Customer service for the app and the scale do not care.

Terrible.. The app is not connecting to the scale.. Is there another app for the Thzy body fat scale??
For a long time now I'm not being able to connect the scale to my phone, saying it couldn't pair due to a pin problem. Can you please help figure this out?
