This app is extremely convinient. It takes a lot of math and programming knowledge and automates the scoring system for the board game. For example: finding the longest path is not an easy task when u have many loops and its actually a hard math problem, so I don't know how regular players are expected to count that correctly. The person who wrote this app took his Computer Science degree seriously. Thank you, sir.

Fantastic app, works really well. Couple of thoughts for improvements (or maybe it's just things I haven't figured out yet): 1. Being able to keep a history of games scores. 2. Being able to 'name' the colours, eg. in our family everyone is always the same colour, so would make it a bit more personalised/interactive. Would love it if you could find a way to incorporate these features. Thanks for an awesome time/effort saving app.

I really enjoyed this app. I've always calculated scores in the games I've played. This wasn't necessarily less work, but I didn't have to recount three times to be certain I hadn't missed a track or double counted one. The recognition wasn't perfect but the initial check for tracks it was unsure of was neat. It had a hard time with blue in the southwest US. It entirely missed three tracks, but it was easy to add them in once I realized. I really enjoyed the score breakdown at the end.

Super impressed with this app. My parents didn't believe it when I told them that it could calculate scores from a picture. At first I was disappointed with the destination card selection screen because they weren't listed alphabetically. Then I realized the destination cards were listed by likelihood of what each player had based on the railroads they occupy. If that doesn't make sense, try the app and you'll see. I never/rarely leave reviews for apps. 5 stars for this well designed app.

Awesome application! I was a little bit skeptical at first because it relies on the camera being able to detect what pieces are where on the board. As long as you straighten out the pieces before you take the picture (they do not need to be perfect, just close) then the app works great! I really like the confirmation questions at the end and the overall stats it displays for each player. Awesome app; would recommend. 10/10

Brilliant app for easy calculation of scores at the end of a game. Only reason it's not 5 stars is, for some reason, it doesn't work with multiple stations every time. If you keep an eye on that though and double check with players that they have finished the routes they believed to have you can clear up the mess and add the extra points on real quick.

EDIT2: The new "review scores" page means full transparency and accuracy in this great tool. EDIT: developer fixed the bug, however the scores are still different than when added up using "Ticket To Ride Calculator" app. Great idea, but misses routes that have been successfully completed, and there's no way that I can find to manually edit routes that aren't flagged as being completed by the photo scan.

I have the most up to date app, 1.0.31. Great app, but routing is still quite a bit off. Had a ticket from Barcelona to Munich (still says "MUN" in the destination cards screen) that wasn't counted- despite having all the rails entered properly. Also, it occasionally has difficulty finding the black trains. Use the app, but double check the scores just in case.

"Accept Image" was always greyed out no matter what I did so I couldn't progress through the app. There are shapes at the bottom when taking the photos (square diamond circle) that flicker colors, but Inhave no idea what they mean (no explanation anywhere). Getting stuck at the photo taking screen with the only options being to try it again manually or automatically means I never saw a "report an issue", a "help", a "how to use this app" or anything. Too bad, other comments make it look great.

Worked pretty much perfectly! The automatic board detection was a bit too sensitive/hasty, so the app would take the picture too soon and it would turn out blurry and unusable. But once we switched over to Manual mode, we got a good shot of the board and it walked us through the entire scoring process with no errors! Huge time saver 👍

It was very helpful to have the double check system and quick adding of scores. It was helpful to identify the longest train. We understand why some might be annoyed by all the questions, but they really help to go through. Recommend downloading on a tablet rather than a phone for a larger viewing area. Genius to the creator!

A great app that saves ages trying to calculate the score. One thing however, is that the app randomly states that routes have not been completed and takes those points away. There is no place to say whether routes have not been completed and this would be a very useful feature. Otherwise, outstanding :)

Update11/16/2019: Downloaded most recent app and had much more luck. I would recommend asking what trains colors were used, as we had to update to blue trains (from green, which we weren't using) several times. Interface is still a little cumbersome, but for those less excited about doing the math it will do the calculations for you and get them correct if you take the time to verify each route. Overall good app, but keeping up with points as you play is much quicker.

Great app, played 5 games and got all the pieces in 4 of these games, the only fail was with a yellow player placing its cars on a yellow track. Makes the whole score calculator extremely easy. I love the fact that it understands the destinations based on the map and it displays these destinations at the top of the screen when you have to pick them.

A great concept but the outcome was not great. I took the picture then had to manually confirm each station and route for each player. It took longer to do than just using a pen & paper with a calculator. I am looking forward to this app in the future being able to calculate automatically from the photograph

It is a cool idea, but it didn't really save me time vs manually or with a Google sheet as a helper. The picture required 10 verifications and then I still had to make a few corrections after the scores were tallied. The app should ask how many players (it thought we had a red player when we didn't).

Just editing review - first of all thanks for the app. Secondly, after using the app a few times a have some feedback. Would it be possible to: 1. Record the results within the app 2. Record names of players 3. Share something more than just the picture taken e.g. all the info, in a way that is not just sharing a screenshot (when there are many players not all the info fits within the screen) Thanks again!

Amazing algorithm. Small problems - sometimes blue colour is mixed with black and when 4 players plays app count non exisiting red player routes. Few more updates and it will be 5 star! EDIT! App has wrong rules! According to latest revision the station works both ways! Unfortunately app award minus points if your station is not at the destination city! THIS IS A HUGE FLAW! On average it causes a total loss of 12 or more points!

Works quite well! Colors that encircle the trains on the screen to check routes could be more visible, but I havent messed up a score because of them. Only glitch I've run into is trying to add a selfie to go with the board when posting to social media, as it completely deletes the picture of the board before posting.

Pretty cool app. Looked it up on a lark. Maybe an auto flash setting since the cameras struggled picking up shadow versus dark colored trains or spaces? Not a big critique, though. All-in-all, great app.

Needs some big fixes but overall good. Crashed first time and missed a lot of trains. We tried it again and it only missed one piece of track and worked great. We tried the "add selfie" feature at the end and it crashed again but we had the scores by then at least.

Great but can be more accurate and easier to use. Photos are easy but it takes more time to get through the app confirming everything than it does to just count it up yourself. Counting it myself is more accurate than the app. I had 83 points total and the app said 74. It did get my wife's score correct.

The app is an awesome idea, although I'm not sure it's much faster than scoring by hand. It's improved since earlier versions, but still not perfect, and if it completely misses a route there send to be no way to correct it.

1st game played we lost count of the score half way through so assumed we would recount at the end. But then I found the app that not only counted the train score, it also worked out longest route and ticket cards! Really useful and fast

Good idea but doesn't work very well. Picks up the colours on the board rather than the trains... need to show the board with one colour train and swipe the train routes if yes or no then do it for next colour.

Works well, but not much faster if you can count and do math in your head but can find a few points you miss. I had a few things I needed to verify or change. A note the city names for the Europe version are in English that the native language like the bord and cords.

This app is magic! I downloaded it quickly at the end of a TTR game, thinking it was one that let me type in and add up the scores, but instead I just took a picture of the board and it calculated everything perfectly! I'm in awe! Thank you!!!

Slightly difficult to get a camera high enough above the board to take a good photo. Automatic mode didn't work well, but overall it's a great app that makes score counting an absolute breeze.

I'd give it 5, but after every game you have to exit the app to start a new game. Needs a reset option. After the new update, the order in which routes are selected is less efficient and i feel like I need to double check the scores.

Inaccurate calculations. Even after verification of routes it still showed 4 out of 5 of my route cards as incomplete. All 4 players in the game I used the application for had Inaccurate and incomplete calculations. Could be great if it was fixed.
