Ticket booking is easy but the app need more improvement it crashes a lot and need notification regarding the bus timely update and after journey finish also the app not closes it is still open in upcoming journey. Had a great way ahead.
This is not standard app. And no one is responsible and there is no prior intimation if the bus is cancelled before our travel and we have to be on road and wait for the bus which already cancelled. If we call ticketgoose at that moment they will say we will refund the money, but they will not give any alternative source for traveling at that moment. If the bus is cancelled they is no prior intimation and that is our destiny because we have chosen a worse application called TICKETGOOSE. so we will be hepless and have to beg on road for buses if any bus has vacancies to travel. This is my personal experience
app crashing during payment. not able to book ticket. a message popped up saying cc will contact in 10 min, but didnt receive call for next 1 hr. booked ticket through other ticketing app to secure my travel.
Never ever book tickets through this app very worst app ever i seen they never show up the dropping point all the buses linked with this app will drop as they like to drop i wanted to get down in tirupur all of a sudden they dropped me in by pass by 4:30 AM they said this is were we will drop if you want get down else stay. This time i wanted to get down at Chengalpattu toll they dropped me in guindy thanks ticket goose for wasting my time and money I will never ever book tickets again through u
Earlier it was good.but for the past two days, nothing is happening when I tried to open the app. It says always ' please try later'. Very pathetic experience with ticket goose. So I uninstalled the app.
very bad application, they are providing offer to me, but they are taken back through transection chargers, very wosrt app compared to other travel application like goibibo, redbus, MakeMyTrip. other applications doesn't have transaction charged
The worst travel booking app i have seen. My bus was cancelled and ticket goose team were also unaware about the same. No prior intimation were made regarding cancellation of the bus from bus operator and ticket goose team. Customer services staffs were just replying irresponsibly. That too first person whom so ever who replied to my queries from ticket goose team was much harsh. Please dont risk yourself by booking via this app
Pathetic.... it shows tickets available on the booking page.. however... when u click on operator.. it shows zero tickets availability...I think you still have to improve your app
Booking on this app causes many problems. These guys haven't paid the bus companies and they won't accept the tickets. Stop using this app, they are taking your money.
Terribly worst app&website 4 Tkt bookng. They r quite irresponsible & unethical ppl. I had to miss my bus bcoz of these ppl. Due 2 heavy rain& flood on 27.9.19 in Patna, I couldn't locate the bus(they didnt even sent me Bus No. but just a mobile no. to contact) & was standng @ the other side of the road opp 2Bus stand. I called the given contact no. 10min before depart. to pickup me frm opposite side of road.Neither they responded my call(10time) nor SMS(3time) & moved the bus nor refunded amnt

app is very useful .. please remove the srimathi travels tirunelveli from the list ..bec they r not treating the obline cm. it was a very bad experiance...
y the hell ,this app is asking to record audio? and pushing us to enable all the permissions to use the application.....!!!
plz don't use this app Many times booked at ticket goose site but last three times bus has been cancelled its a poor reason. So we have provide only low rating.
very bad experience booked tickets via this app using Google pay method money has detected but seat not yet confirmed called costomer care services they told that will be refunded by 3days but still now not yet refunded plz dont use this app waste of time and money

Bus operator have cancelled the bus due to some problem...they said your money will refunded by two or three working days but its nearly more than ten days I didn't get any refund till now.... I had call custom care for more than three times they didn't respond me properly.. Poor customer service really disappointed 😏
its not good to ask contact permission if you retain this it may lead to major loss most of people wont acces because of these permission even i too
Just a ticket booking app... But why do it ask for gallery and contact permission. Simply waste. Better uninstall it and remove it from play store
Page not loading properly in m30, older version was good. Newer version has error and bugs

hey as you are a online bus ticket booking app, why did u need a permission to access contact list, photo&media access, to manage phone calls...
No response from customer contact when bus got cancelled by travels. Frequent cancellation happening and no update from ticket Goose

cancellation amount Ticketgoose not return and still waiting for the same still now no response on cancellation return very poor response 25/01/2019 waiting more than 12 days.
don't use this app. these people are providing not correct land mark information to customer. i have faced worst experience on 20/7/19. They are making any mistake, they will blame customer only. they are not accepting their mistake at any point of time. worst experience i ever had. use less customer care.
Its a easy to use app. Filters work well to shortlist as per need and requirements. However i cannot see the busses route numbers. For example sugama travels has route numbers which are not displayed on the app. I require these numbers for my regular trips.
