Does not even load your tickets in. Their only solution to the issue pretty much sounds alot like "Must be YOUR fault. Did you check and make sure YOU didnt use the wrong email?". Nothing else. Just check your email. No way to actually troubleshoot the issue or fix it. Like...Im looking AT the ticket with my email on it. So its not me. Get your app together.

confusing sign up process. When I finally got an account, I could sign in on my laptop, but not the app. App kept telling me password and email don't match. Recreated password. No go getting on the app, only from laptop. Tried three times and gave up. Looks like the many many low ratings are accurate. Not ready for prime time. Uninstalled and printed tickets. Recommending our venue use another ticket vendor.

The Selfie feature (the only reason I downloaded this app) doesn't work. I can take a picture and review it, but as others have said, it won't actually save the picture when I click the blue check button. Useless, and perhaps message I won't be able to check in to the event tomorrow.

This app allows me to identify myself by taking a selfie, but not until 24 hours before I arrive at the place that I am visiting. How totally pointless is that. Moreover, when I did try to take a selfie to get my ticket the application did not work. I would advise anybody who thinks this is a good idea to think again or avoid the attached event.

Purchased tickets thru Ticketleap for an event. It suggested I create an account & download the app to get a mobile version of my tickets. So I download the app & sign in, but it says I have no tickets under my email used. I go to their website & sign in there. Wrong! Another waste of time. All I got was a page to manage user info & an interface to sell tickets for my own event, which I have none. Luckily, I there's a link in the confirmation email to get my tickets. Uninstalled...useless app!

Trash, doesn't let you use the app unless you allow it rights to your picture's and contacts

The whole point of downloading the app was to create a Selfie Ticket. Whenever I took my picture to create one, it never saved, so I couldn't create a Selfie Ticket. I was able to check in to the event I was going to without it, so it's a useless app for me.

Had an acct, bought tix on PC, saw there's an app, downloaded for Android, logged in w/email credentials, gave it permissions, and I can see my tix! Seems easy so far.

I have to log out and log back in if I want to see my current tickets. It continues to show long-past events, but eventually removes them. Just barely functional.

doesnt work. it suggests I was sent a temporary password with my ticket purchase and I never was, so I created an account on the website and the app wont let me log in. would have been cool if I didnt have to dig thru my email for my tickets.

Get with the times Ticketleap. This app literally has only one page available. I cannot even do basic things such as looking at past events and browsing for events.

Love that I can keep my tix right on the phone instead of printing them out. the only problem I have is the app doesn't update my new tickets when purchased. I have to uninstall then reinstall and my purchased tickets appear

It works ok for scanning, but wish we can control seat reservations and hold seats through the app. Also just incorporate event info would make this a 5 star app!

This place is a joke. Eventbrite is the way to go. Very rude when I needed information. Also, been fighting these guys for 3 weeks to get my money from the ticket sales.They are basically telling me that I have to wait. Hell, it's been almost a month. Use at your own risk, but don't be suprised if there are "technical difficulties" when time to get paid.

I have a suggestion: the appearance of tickets purchased should be shown with the most recent purchases first. It's kind of a pain to scroll all the way to the bottom to get to your current tickets.

I purchased spa tickets and a month later got a charge on my Amex from ticketleap saying monthly fee, I dont want anything from you for a month! than God Amex dont play that, I want my freakin refund! FOH! Read the find print!

This app will not show my tickets. I've tried contacting support. They were no help. In fact they never finished responding.

Just a MESS of an app. Hard to navigate, kept crashing, not Android friendly.

It's not working. It won't let me see or hear the concert even though I have a ticket & gave permission. I tapped to approve & nothing happened.

There's an issue with the selfie ID part. It won't add my selfie. I've tried 6 times. Fix the issue.

Won't take the 🤳 and doesn't load my purchased tickets to the app to be viewed. Its really just a waste of space on my phone.

Crashes trying to add photo to ticket. Basically renders this app useless until its fixed.

This event ticket app requires access to camera which I consider unnecessary. It won't work without it.
