I am unable to sign up to this app. When registering I am getting a message saying the email address has been used before. I try to reset the password, and am told that the email address does not exist on the system. There is no way to contact support for this issue. The help and support page requires you to log in.....
Everytime I go to an event I have to go to my email and download tickets as they don't display properly in the app. I can't find any technical advice or options in contact pages. Useless.
I bought a ticket with the browser (NL) and I can't access the website anymore, it says "header overflow" so I can't see the tickets or anything (on pc works tho which is confusing). But it seems that I managed to log in into this app and I can access my tickets so now it's all ok.
I bought tickets for London Event, but I am not able to login with my UK account. Nor am I able to install an app "Ticketmaster UK Event Tickets" here from Germany.
Bought tickets for a concert in the US, wanted to use the app to store it, but can't even select the US in the drop down, only European countries and UAE are available. Thx for nothing, will use Google wallet instead.
I have a German App Store account and I cannot download the UK application. The international application does not allow me to get my tickets for a UK event that I bought from Ticketmaster.co.uk. I am going to miss my event :(
I have downloaded the ticketmaster app. Registered, when I try to lockin it gives me an error saying, I must check my password or I am not registerd tried to reset the password it say no email with the name registered and I must register when I try to register it say the email address is registered with Ticketmaster. Wait of time and Energy.
I can't access the app because it is not giving you the option to select the US. And the support only sends generated emails back. Really disappointed how am I supposed to get access to my ticket now?
Having ticketmaster involved in me buying a ticket to a concert meant it became 8% more expensive and had to install an app that does nothing a pdf ticket doesn't do. Well, except leave me unable to present my ticket if it crashes or refuses to work on the evening of concert.
Can only install this version, while I bought tickets for a show in the UK. Cannot select that country, not instaling an UK version. Why separate account for Belgium and UK?
Useless. I needed it for tickets bought in the US. But if your playstore account is European then you can't log on to US Ticketmaster. How stupid is that?
Very bad experience. The refound doesn't work in case if event is postponed. Seem like customer support doesn't read the messages and reply with copy & paste answers.
The new version is good because you can use one app for multiple countries here in Europe. Dream would be to be able to log in to different country platforms seamlessly and also include countries outside of Europe (US and Canada come to mind). Negative of the new version is that there are a lot of web views. Web views are fine, but I expect to still be logged in to my account so I can effortlessly buy my tickets, which is esp important for in-demand events.
It's really annoying that I have to have a different account for each country. If I want to go to concerts in Amsterdam and Berlin, I have to switch between them. The app constantly asks me to log in again. It often wrongly tells me that I gave in the wrong password. If I want to reset my password, it's very rare that that works. On top of that, screenshots of mobile tickets don't work anymore. I'm not sure how they think this will work out if 20,000 people for each concert depend on the app.
Looks nice. Unfortunately that's the app's only redeeming quality. At every startup it shows a blank white screen for 30 seconds. After finally opening, it ignores my preferred language (it's showing my selected language in user preferences, the app just ignores it). Then it randomly forgets that I just was logged in a minute ago.
Very low reputation and to much required permissions. Privacy hazard!
Used to be a good app now it simply does not work. As soon as you choose your tickets and press next to go to additional options and payment you get a blank page reading "header overflow" . So you cannot proceed and you cannot go back without releasing the (sometimes) hard to get tickets
Doesn't remember logged in state - if this is a security issue then add fingerprint identification or similar to speed up the process. I realized that I wasn't logged in when I got to the purchase phase. Once logged in it didn't seem to have CC details although I have paid for tickets with the service before. So I used Paypal, this then seemed to pull up a webview/wrapper of the paypal login when I again had to add my details instead of using the PayPal app which I have installed. After purchasing, managed to get back to the front page and I had to log in again. Really poor experience, I pity the others in the household that had to tolerate all the expletives and cries of "why"!!!
One of the worst apps I had installed on my phone! Login does not give me the option to select US as country, login therefore is not possible, all other click just sent me to a white page with no content. Uninstalled after two minutes.
I bought tickets, but can't log in. I wrote to them 2 weeks before event. I wrote at the day of event. No response. Ticketmaster doesnt have working customer support, so I wont be able to go for an event for which i paid 150 USD. Now I understand why they have 1.9 rating. I don't understand why that are not banned by Google Play, if the charge and not provide bought goods..
Worthless. You'd think a service that does nothing more than collect funds would have stable servers. Down again! I paid and didn't even get a receipt or mail. Now I can't login to view my purchases. Only proof is that the funds got withdrawn from my bank account. Such bs!
I live in Norway and purchased tickets to a US event. However, the app doesn't allow you to view US tickets if you're in the EU, so I now have no way of getting my tickets through the app. My only option is to pick the tickets up in person, in Las Vegas. Nice...
I've never seen such a poor app. I bought tickets via the ticketmaster Ireland website. But my experience is that it's impossible to pick up tickets ordered in Ireland. As a matter of fact, the entire process of ordering tickets from ticketmaster sucked.
Ticketmaster is a hoax. They refuse to refund tickets from cancelled concerts. I have been waiting for several months now. Every time I contact them, they same the same: "Oh yes, now I can see the payment has been put forward." Do NOT trust them with your money.
What a terrible app and website. Do not use this if you want to actually buy tickets. You will be unable to login when it comes time to buy tickets if you ever get to that point. Servers cannot handle enough traffic. This is unacceptable. This is the reason resellers have such a great business. Thanks for nothing ticketmaster.
It takes ages to start every time. Than asks, only the first time, to choose country and language but its not possible to click nor select anything for minute or so i closed the app and restarted it... same thing. After a real long minute or so it becomes responsive... its a pain to use. When at last it gets going its pretty and works... but i guess .any would just think its broken and quit it... please fix.
