Don't fall for paying this way. They are charging the same high interest rate as a payday lender. $1 doesn't look high, but percentage wise they're getting hundreds of percent of interest every year. Shame on the cities that don't let you pay with ACH debit.

My car was singled out of the pact of cars that was parked. I would call car profiling(I had the nicest looking car) no one had anything in there Metre behind and in front. Also they were there longer than me, so we're is there ticket🙍 I know because I looked at there metre and the cars were my co workers. Any ways the app works great if you got a good phone with a clear camera. I wasn't able to get it right the first time which was because it asked for a cvv number and I had no idea what that was.

Is this to work without a problem, now I do because of my phones updates or the apps updates it won't record tickets, I had to install and reinstall, now won't even download from the App Store

It really works. I had no need off driving to the police station or post office. With just a scan and your credit card, you're good with paying your ticket.

Makes it super easy to pay tickets, and I don't forget them and get stuck with extra fees!

Scanned ticket fine. Try selecting the ticket and the app fails.

So far I've paid every parking ticket that Boston PD has issued since I downloaded it. Very handy.

Android version, Boston. Continually fails to read barcode. More info: it makes a premature attempt to read the barcode, then shows the "Croak! Something's wrong! (I blame the developers)" error message. I've tried numerous times, positioning the phone/camera differently each time. Even when the barcode appears to be nicely positioned within the brackets, it fails. Android 4.4.4 on Motorola MAXX.

Still haven't gotten this app to accept payment. Loads for over 5 minutes with no progress then errors out. In theory its a great app with an awesome name and theme. Why shouldn't we Zen out while giving Boston our money for meter fees? Now, just get it to work. Please.

The app got stuck when submitting a payment over WiFi (waited ~5 min for confirmation). I switched to LTE and it worked just fine, and I wasn't charged twice. Might be a bug worth looking into.

On Samsung Galaxy S5, the bar code reader never worked, so DOA.

App worked fine on the first few tickets, but the scanner won't read the barcode anymore. Tried reinstalling it, but still no luck. Android version, Boston.

I can't get the app to scan the Barcode no matter what I do. I've tried holding my phone 6 to 8 inches from the ticket, turning off the WiFi, and changing the lighting and it still won't work.

It would help if this could scan a credit card in like Level Up or some other apps, or use google pay.

Same as everyone else on here. Scan the barcode and CROAK! It never worked for me. It's no coincidence that it's made by terrible labs...because it's terrible!
