This is a great tool to share with your seller when an offer comes in. It is quick and very accurate. You can work out different scenarios with your seller for a counter offer. It is easy to change the different components. I use it all the time.

This application calculates quickly and accurately for both sellers and buyers costs and requirements. It allows convenient storage within the app or export as a PDF document to your file system or email directly to your client. My chief complaint is my application seems to randomly forget I purchased the premium version and requires me to contact my title rep to get it reinstalled. This is not only inconvenient, it hurts service to my clients when these random failures coincide with a client meeting.
