Not working , the Tide store located here where I live told me that their app is no longer working. They also told me that the Linens that I dropped off with take 3 weeks to process and for me to get back. I have noticed they have gone downhill considerably. Where we going back to my original dry cleaner.
Signed up for rewards online. Downloaded the app and it would not let me login...went to see if I got an email...never did...the website itself is crappy too....only getting g one star cause I have too to leave a review...otherwise it would have been no stars
app not working. it keeps saying it's loading and then will say try again. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and still nothing.
Too broken to function. Constantly flashed the tide logo. App not safe, was nearly impossible to close. Why cant i just use the internet instead of this non-functional app?

couldn't even get past the "choose your store" screen.
What idiot designed this app can't even sign-up for a new account.
What everyone here is complaining on; none stop errors on zip code search. No option to create an account for new users, on the login screen. This is basic coding for applications!
The best
App worked fine a few months back. Now I can't log in. I try to reset my password and it gives me an error. My store can't help. No response from customer support through the app.
