The app takes a long time to open. There have been times that the other party will ask if I am still in the conversation. Sometimes the conversation will freeze. I will type a response and it does not send (while on WiFi) so the response dies. Or, the reply will just hang there. I get told to 'Tap to Resend'. After three taps, the message gets sent three times.
When it works, it's great. But unreliable. I've tried using opening times, but often it seems to get stuck either online or offline after a period of time. I have notifications set up on the browser, desktop app, and mobile app, and get them through about 50% of the time. I'm also unable to reply to messages via the mobile app, so have to open it in my browser to respond by which time the customer has often gone. Too unreliable to depend on unfortunately.
Password login nightmare on the app. I have the app but it won't let me log on with my password (I'm certain password is correct because it logs me into the desktop version just fine). The initial set up log in credentials didn't include an email so things have been out of whack ever since. Auto password save only has a password! This really needs to be looked into! I requested a password change FROM THE APP and the link from my email redirected me to download the app. Unbelievable. Help please.
Apart form the issues i already have, i found that transferring a conversation to a new person doesn't ping them to let them know that... so i have essentially lost a 100s of clients because assumed it would. Definitely needs a tagging system otherwise im scanning trough old messages to find clients i need to follow up with. So being able to tag, file and group contact would be great. Also i can't send media to Facebook. If a client asks for a picture and i reply via the app they dont get it.
Very good app but sometimes there use to be server connection issues and there is no possibility to resend a failed message delivery except to retype it
This app needs to let us change subscriptions i can not go to the basic and my accout keeps getting overdrafted so im paying 65 for service and im not getting much trafic witch is on me i try to go online it sends me to the app that doesnt have a subsription option my appologies for my spelling
Very bad customer support. Price is too high for what they offer. I paid $36 for 2 subscriptions, they don't offer a trial or anything and I'm still trying to get my money back. An agent was rude enough to send me to Shopify support so I would ask them on my own. Overall bad experience, besides the fact that they spam my email constantly. Would not recommend.
So far so good. I'm having a problem with mobile chat. When someone access my wix website and use the tidio chat the screen doesn't fit the cellphone screen. The problem is, the chat text area is on the bottom, but all messages are above. So I got to scroll down and up to send and see the message, and its a long scroll... On pc works just fine, but on mobile doesn't. I'm on free trial, and let's see how the tidio is gonna limit my experience after that.
Great program, thanks for making it! Love it in every way but one. I wish it would capitalize the first letter in a new sentence. I always have to hit shift. Not a huge deal, but the difference to five stars. Otherwise I've found it fast and reliable! **Update**Devs are on their game! Capitalization now in there. Thank you!!
Very concerned that the conversation with my customer is not visible anymore and I had a drop off of customers. Who is to say that my customers are not getting taken from me and details sold on. The conversation needs to be visable from the bot to my customer so I can step in if the bot gets stuck. This is surely a breach of my service. Also when I uninstalled it from my website it was telling me I have visitors which is bizarre. Clearly there is something wrong. It would be use otherwise.
My phone settings are 100% showing notifications are on and allowed for the app, even to override do not disturb. Sadly, my business is looking bad because the notifications for the apps do not work at all (even the "send a test notification" feature). Very very bad bug, and is going to make me find another company.
Not convenient. No way to reply to messages. Every time I receive a message and try to reply to it it just does not want to send. Even though I press the button "Send" few times. I've tried to update, reinstall, delete cache, nothing helps. Which leads me to turn on the computer and make my customers wait.
The recent update has made accessing the chats through notifications annoying and a step back. Before the update, if you click the message through notifications, the chat opens but now, it goes to visitors. The old way was better. Please, do something about it.
this app is a great app however i keep having problems where it no longer pushes notifications to my phone. i am losing a lot of sales because one minute i will be getting them and the other minute i dont. it is very frustrating. i contacted the team once before and they fixed it but it has happened again
Do NOT get this in your system. I installed it for a free trial. I didn't quite like it cause I didn't get notifications on time. Hence, I deleted the pluggin from WordPress. Now even after I deleted it from WordPress, chat icon is seen on website sometimes. It's very annoying. I even messaged the support and they asked me to delete the plugin and clear the cache which I did a million times. It's still showing. They stopped replying after that. These people directly enter and control stuff even after you delete the plugin. Do not give them the access.
Really cool app. This is what I have been searching for. Easy to use interface. I'm currently evaluating the free version and I'm really happy with the results looking forward to subscribing to a paid plan. Keep up guys. Love your support as well.
I liked the app when it actually worked before but now it doesn't work. Every time I open it when someone actually messages me on my website I can't actually hit submit and as difficult to type in messages because the app seems to freeze up. Fix it and then I'll change my review.
This app is only to be used for personal and small companies websites. It doesn't allow you to limit the privileges of the operators you assign so they literally can delete all your setting and change them with no restrictions what so ever. But it's good for small websites.
It's rather a convenient app even if you are on the free plan. You can only imagine how much better it will be when you upgrade,saves you alot of hassle and gives that professional look..
Ok I did have a problem that with the help of support I'm pretty sure we have overcome it, it only became a problem because I have two websites attached and they were conflicting, but the first website was very easy to set up and worked very well from the outset, so thank you for your help and very fast response time. Back to 5 stars.
Great app. I'd give it 5 stars except for the fact that that the notifications don't always make a sound. I also have it on repeat notifications and it only repeats every now and then. Apart from that it's a great app
Thank you, but I have a problem. When my colleagues answer costumer questions, then for example 1 week later that costumer sends a new message, but I can't get notifications from that costumer!(bc in the past my colleague answered) It would be better if all of us can get notifications too
Paying for an app that doesn't work. I have to log in to see the messages. I just logged in online and see that I have a message from a month ago and I did not get a notification, I used to get notifications now nothing I just tested out myself and still nothing. Please fix.
Very helpful, but please how can i get an instant notification, just like Whatsapp popup/status notification. Mostly am not always on the app, but i expected it to give notice immediately. It only does after some min. Am using infinix s4. But still, this app is awesome. Great job
Hello please update your app. No notification show in notification bar, i enabled manually and assigned all permission to this app and also enabled to auto start for this app still not notification sound or notification message etc. Really hated. Do something and please also add whatsapp contact somewhere in live chat so client can also leave message on WhatsApp
Bad app. I have used this app two days but can find more problems. Tidio need to fix many bugs. In mobile screen, tidio's animation is very slow. So our clients need to wait for it. The slow motion is feeling only in mobile. Not in desktop. So i have now removed tidio and now iam using 'Jivo Chat'. Its so very nice and Good... i recommend you to understand the standard of the app 'Jivo Chat'... Note: you should need to fix many Bugs
Been using this app for years, I do not see anything wrong with it, customer service is excellent, and price is not bad, of course the app has limitation, its an app.
