Was decent. 2 weeks ago it just stopped recognizing my credentials. Calling in doesn't help. I've done all tbe troubleshooting steps multiple times. They were supposedly opening a ticket and someone would call me back but 9 days later that still hasn't happened. Now I'm left with 2 options. 1 i can live without a banking app that i need. Or 2, switch to a bank that has one that works. If they don't call back or fix it by the end of this week that's probably what I'll end up doing.
App hasn't been working correctly for about a month now. Keeps telling me there's an error and to ask for help when I 1st open the app. I have to close and reopen it at least once just so that it will show me the login screen every time.
I like the actual bank and workwes but this app freezes too often and it is very frustrating. I will be finding a more reputable credit union soon because of how often this app is inaccessible.
I love this app. It works great, way better than many other banks' apps. Plus, they're always available to help when you have trouble. Only a few glitches.
It's a one only because I cant do a zero. Keeps requiring a update then fails to work afterwards. Wish they would not force updates.

Will not open. Crashes everytime I try to open. If this version will not work, give me back the old app!
This app is great when I can log in. Recently I have been getting an error message when logging in that "we are unable to validate your credentials" even though I can log in to the browser-based site just fine. When I do log in to the browser based site it shows my last mobile login attempt as successful even though it was not. This problem persists and because I depend on mobile deposit I will be switching banks to one that has a functioning system. I have not been able to log in since Tuesday.
It is hard as hell to log in and asks you security questions you did not give an answer to during setup.
It used to work..since yesterday it kicked me out..had the credit union redo my info..still won't let me in...
Works very well. I also have a membership at a different CU. They also use the same app (under their own name and branding) and that also works fine.
