my tiger text notifications have stopped when I'm paged, there is no sound. the page comes through it no notification sound . settings are the same she gets sound but I don't. Please advise
VERY GLITCHY RIGHT NOW. Unclear if texts are delivered. When taking a role, you lose all your previous private messages which can often contain important info. NEEDS a separate inbox for private vs. role texts. When taking roles, frequently causes a mass of unread texts that were previously cleared and are hard to find - NEEDS A "MARKED ALL AS READ" BUTTON.
Thank you for fixing this issue. I am very pleased with the app. Saves me lots of time. Photos will not send. Very aggravating.
Despite allowing background data usage, enabling every notification setting possible, this app still only sends notifications when I open the app and for a few minutes afterwards. This is detrimental to patient care. Unacceptable.
This has made our community partnerships so much stronger! Love tigertext. It works pretty darn good for us. Not a lot of hiccups.
The app mostly works fine. But there's one thing that drives me absolutely crazy. When my phone is on vibrate and my screen is off or I'm not in the tigertext app, it vibrates for notifications. When I have tigertext open and someone sends a message whilei have the conversation open, I get a loud notification even with my phone on vibrate. There's no way to fix this in the settings from what I've found. I get loud notifications when I'm trying to respond in meetings and lectures. It's awful.
Good idea but horrible implementation for android. It's unfortunate that I'm forced to use it at my workplace. I've given up trying to get help from IT, they're responsive but don't have solutions. Whenever I take on the role, hundreds of messages that were previously read get sent over, each one with the notification sound. It also impacts my battery.
This app is extremely important in my line of work. The information is confidential most of the time and it is secured on this app from someone seeing information that they shouldn't because I have to put a code in every single time I click on the app, even when I just scroll to another app page and go back. It's very useful in communicating information to other personnel either in the building or anywhere.
TT is a wonderful resource, time saver too... howevet...it would be VERY helpful to have the ability to schedule do not disturb, as recurring (like an alarm, or calander event). This is necessary in health care, when there is so much to remember, besides turning off the "do not disturb". Thank you!
You clowns gonna enable notifications or what? Why do I only get messages after opening the app? Why cant I be notified like ANY OTHER MESSAGING APP OUT THERE? What is so difficult about fixing this?
Buggy. Every day after in logged into my roles there are dozens of messages listed as unread by the previous person in that role. And after I read them I still get notifications that they are unread. I restart my phone, I log out and back in, and it still happens. It doesn't make sense to list messages as unread when the provider before me, that actually received and read them, are unread.
Overall my experience is positive. One extremely annoying bug is when I begin typing a message the text appears fine, however if I have a typo and need to backspace on my keyboard TigerText does not recognize the input until I first tap the cursor in the text field. Anyway to fix that?
Frustrating, I can't assume that a sound loud enough to hear if I'm asleep or in a noisy environment. I can assign a sound stored on my phone from the browse function but the app won't use it and rather uses its own default which is way too quiet.

Extremely important app for communication across teams. However, recently has been buggy. Everytime after I receive a new message it keeps saying I have 2 unread messages and it does not go away which is very inconvenient. Reason why I gabe it 4 stars.
Recently with the update on group texts im only getting aboht 1/4 of the messages and have to ask people to resend it. When doung one on one messaging its better and i get about 2/3 of the messages. The reason why i know i'm missing messages is i get notifications that there is a new one but when i look i see nothing new posted. Also ive turned off the buzz notifications but it still continues to notify me with that method despite me changing it to sound only. This is only since update
Amazing application. Feels just like my regular text messenger. Very quick, smooth, good animations. Has all the same features as a regular texting app. I think every Physician Group should have this as a hipaa-compliant messaging system.
No customization for ringtones. Horrible search features. No android watch support. No ability to make groups , or save common contacts. They got their big ticket deal and they don't care about making it better.
I cannot open my tiger connect account as when you go to the page to enter your adid it will promt you to "login failed" eveb though you didnt even type your username and password. 🙄🙄
Works well. Very happy with it. Sometime the text doesn't go with the pictures so I send them separately but overall I really like the app.
App keeps trying to auto log me in and can't go to the page where we input our login details
i always hv delayed message received....unsure is network issue or application issues 🙄
Worked great until about February. Now everytime I try to open it, my whole phone restarts for no reason. I literally can not open the app. As soon as I touch the icon it restarts my phone.
Overall an easy to use app. It works better on Wifi instead of mobile data. It would be nice for admin users to have the capability to reset passwords from the mobile device.
Since installing this app on my phone (Samsung Note 20) I am unable to use any of my direct dial settings. I had it set for a certain notification sounds and recently that has disappeared and now it plays my phone ring tone alert. I would not have this on my phone if it wasn't required for my job.
