good app and good idea. But the execution is terrible. 50/50 chance on your order being wrong. Don't bother to check if order is correct before delivery and if something is wrong they do absolutely nothing to fix it. I have patiently waited for them to refund money that I've yet to see.

Prices are higher per item on your TigerTownToGo receipt than on the actual delivery receipt. Where does this unaccounted for money go? Management has no good explanation and quickly stops replying to customers. Terrible customer service. Two stars instead of 1 only because the delivery drivers are very nice and polite.

I have only used this app twice. The first time there was no issue with them delivering to my address, the food arrived on time, and it was great. But the second time I placed an order (same order, same restaurant), they called and told me I was not within the delivery area.

Prices are extremely inflated and they combine a service fee in with the tax on top of the delivery fee. App works ok but you are almost paying double for your meal by using this service.

Coming from someone that writes software, don't use this app. It's terrible.

TT2G, please fix the numerous bugs. There is no way to add multiple items to cart nor check out. Upon sign-in, it fails. Will improve rating once functional. I tried to contact you via the app, but I couldn't find any way to do so. Thanks for your attention to this. Glad it's available.
