It's amazing apk , it's work properly , it's very secured for users and also very easy to use for beginners but THIS APPLICATION didn't link to Bank card like MASTER CARD, BUSINESS CARD, PERSONAL CARD, ETC, but they are successful Link Tigo pesa apk to VISA CARD ONLY, I hope the programm will be modified as soon as possible , thanks TIGO TANZANIA company
Nice App, also good that you added one more feature for users to share transactions but when sharing it comes with wrong format (you can not share) A thing to fix. Thanks
In the new feature you just updated about saving and sharing of receipts doesn't work i tried different phones so fix that issue you can't save or share
You can use the app without internet,it is simple to use, I like connecting visa card to tigo pesa and you can transfer the fund from Visa card to mobile wallet without any fee, congratulations to app developers for their outstanding work to improve the app and make it more worth. But I can recommend to fix on accessing the app without switching to tigo internet, I can be outside of Tanzania sometimes but I need to send money or pay different bills and I don't have the tigo sim card.
I have been using the app for long time it's helpful and fast. But i would advise the developer to add Master card or visa electronic as other networks like Mpesa master card and Airtel visa card we need tigo master card too😊😊
Great app,it simplify and makes transactions more esay and secure.Also you can add an option to create Visa and Mastercard for customers to make it more useful
Hello Tigo Tz, Your app is good but there is a need to add more feature. Like creation of mastercard that will enable customers to purchase items on online platform like UKebay, Amazon, AliBaba, Aliexpress and many others to mention but a few. Another observation i saw is on the VISA services linked banks, why u have very few banks on this item? I was expecting to see banks like CRDB, NMB, ECOBANK and many others. Its better you can look at this. Otherwise ur app is good. I give u three star
The app is very very interesting, but Since I installed the latest version, the app is taking much time on loading to open
The app is so network bias. Can you pease allow the use of OTP system for the people with wifi and out of the country or incase of any system shake to ba able to use the application? And besides, does tigo network have to be the only accessible network to the app? Increase the umber of users by removing these barriers, economical advice. Also, can we get a discount in transactions for using the app?, or priveledge maybe for some cases like LUKU payments? Make it worth it having it in my phone.
I downloaded the app but it does'nt allow me to proceed on the whole poccess of registrattion! Kindly help me to solve this challenge!!
I upgrade my rating from 1 to 4 for some improvements However though, the receipts are not saved claiming the file format is unsupported.
Registering time doesn't go with the actual time to fetch the code number. I have failed to register several times
It works so well, but it miss an important features, 1. Receipts of transactions within an app 2. allow screenshots.
For a while now I have used this app and I must say that I've enjoyed its ui/ux...so kudos to developers for this. The only bone that I have to pick is that the app isnt optimized well enough for less capable devices (midrange android decices). I've recently used this app on my techno device and I've observed that it lags a lot (especially when entering a pin to finalize a transaction). I've observed similar issues from other aforementioned devices and I hope this problem will be fixed soon.
payment receipt cannot be saved or share. Its just for show!!!
With new update on most of the Samsung note, tigo pesa app has been uninstalled by default, neither can it be installed. Kindly look into this tigo team.
After upgrade my Android 12 for samsung a52 and A52 5g the app is not installing on both phones its download but when its come to install its stop and ask for download again its the same rooping stage all over please fix this as android 12 is up now.
It is well designed. easy to navigate. But am disapointed that you can not take screenshots of information tht popup on the app. You have to allow screenshots and put a setting to overrule it or during screenshot, someone shuld input tigopesa password first. i think my review was not well addressed Other Mobile Money Apps like CRDB App allow screenshots. It is very useful to have tht feature, inorder to share ur transaction details to follow the receiver part. You can put tht thing in Settings
This app is good and easiest the payment transaction so quickly. I appreciates a lot of having this means of money transferring
Your app is problematic when it comes to updating. I thought it was the problem with my phone but found out that many people are complaining on the same. It isn't responding. Keeps notifying "downloading" forever!! Please fix this bug!
The app is doing good but after your last update on notifications, once I do transaction I receive direct to the app but I dont want them since I fail to delete them from the app I dont see option to delete but to stop new notification I have succeed but previous notifications remained with no privacy and any one can read. Please fix it its very important to secure your own transections
Doesn't work. It was working fine, but now I can't even open it. It says "Something went wrong" Every time I open it. I even uninstall and install the App, but same problem. I'm thinking of just uninstalling and get rid of TIGO completely. I'm very disappointed!
It's a fantastic app and very useful in daily routines. But there is something very annoying in the app. Thought I have successfully performed a transaction, It keeps on printing something went wrong while the transaction has been made already, Is a big joke you know, please fixe this.
Best app ever, sending/receiving money has never been easier. The app also prevents charges from checking your balance which is awesome. There might also be confusing among some users, the app is literally called 'Tigo Pesa Tanzania' you have to have Tigo as your service provider to use the app. Its just logical.
The app is good but please link/configure/sync tigo Pesa app with services like Tarura ,Traffic police system so that the user maybe notified of outstanding balances in real time
Very good app. Kindly upgrade the app to support UI4 upgrade (Android 12). Currently the App support Android 11.
When I was reading comments that this app ask permission to access my camera and photos, I was hoping that you've already fixed it!! But you haven't, I denied the permission and now am stuck at choosing languages. This is absurd!! I need Tigo Pesa app for easy money transactions and buying bundles, I dont need it for taking photos or sending them, I have other apps for that thank you. Honestly speaking, I AM DISAPPOINTED!
Stable. In order to use this app, you are required to switch data to Tigo's network. This really bothers me. Hope you will find a way out to use this with other datas or Wi-Fi.
When you upgrade to andriod 12 , its doesnt install , its just downloads and brings an error ,, please can you fix this .
Helpfull app,but lacking features which are normally found in tigo pesa,but now more beter i wish would be for offline use too. Saved numbers/names for bills should be permanent to earser payments, repeating saving always is not good.
