Not only does it lack English, you never receive the text message in order to link your mobile number in the app. Completely useless.
Absolutely the worst service. I am unable to play even a simple game using a prepaid Sim card for my mobile phone. There's too many interruptions due to very slow data. Calls are dropped repeatedly. I definitely don't understand the positive reviews because this is not my experience with Tigo at all. I do not recommend this service in the slightest.
Nice app, is easy for use but it has a problem. A big problem, IT HASN'T ENGLISH LANGUAGE. PLEASE ADD IT/TRANSLATE YOUR APP 🙄
Has no English language option, there are thousands of English-speaking tourists visiting Colombia and getting Tigo SIM cards and they are unable to use this app adequately. At a minimum it should be easier to use Google Translate in coordination with the app but it is not.
App unable to verify its own verification code. Have to use the browser and MiTigo website to get anything done.
Won't even download. No messages about how to resolve issues just a "can not download at this time" I ran out of data on vacation and tigo made I making it impossible to buy more. Kinda made my vacation more limited since I had to make sure I was near wifi to order a cab or a map
I tried using this but gave up. The app instals and then i get a text message on my Togo phone number with a confirmation code. I enter the code and I keep getting a message that as tigo does not recognize the code. They sent it!
Horrible Application, Especially when Cableonda was transferred. I can't make my bill payments. Go back to Cableonda Application.

New Customer. Based on many of the other reviews I've seen I already know that this is a 2nd rate service. Not making it easier for your English speaking customers to read anything on your app shows you do not care.
