Very beautiful app, similar to Time Tune. Better icons than Time Tune, but the inability to set specific times for activities rendered it useless for me. I need to be able to set specific times for every time block to use them as alarms, not just a start now button. [Edit: I'm adding a fifth star because I finally figured out how to set times for activities.]
Recently got the paid version after I forgot to cancel which was cool because the app is good. But since then the app is buggy, e.g. the amount of time showing left on a task is inaccurate which is annoying (says 26 mins when really it's 1h 26mins). Would be great if you could adjust the scale of the daily page too to have an overview snapshot of the day rather than having to always scroll through. Would also be good to have the app open at current time, rather than having to scroll down to task
Where has Tiimo been all my life? Super helpful for me and my teenager. It is already feature-rich, but a regularly-posted roadmap shows an active pace of development. The visual features are the best thing about Tiimo, and I'm looking forward to a full suite of widgets over here on Android. Works with my Galaxy Watch 4!
Really enjoying it, however...! I am using a Samsung S21, and when the Notes section is filled (top to bottom) I can't access the "+add new" at the bottom because it's been pushed off the page...! (Happy to send pics/video to demonstrate)
I love this app! I enjoy spending time on a night going through my plans for the next day, and creating new activities and routines. I just wish there were more pictures, like one for contact lenses in particular for me. I love the calm pre-set colours but also the option to choose your own colours. I've used this on and off for a year, and didn't mind paying for a second year to try and use more consistently.
The idea behind Tiimo is fantastic, I shelled out for a subscription. However, the app is frustratingly buggy. Currently I'm unable to use it at all because it gets stuck trying to load my calendar. I've had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times to get round this before. The home screen widget doesn't update unless you remember to go in-app and force it to refresh daily, not great for ADHD brains relying on it. The idea is great, it has so much potential - sadly let down in execution.
Tasks start automatically and then they tell you it's done. I went with Routinery, but I can tell this is great for someone. Thank you. I get that it's tied to time to help with procrastinating, but a confirmation should still be an option because how do I even know tiimo told me to do something? And how does tiimo assume I've started something? It is what it is. Be blessed.
Signed up for the free trial but it glitched before I could enter my login details. Tried again but said I already had an active subscription. No login details so I can't use the app at all and I've missed out on my free trial! Not happy
Great customer service with quick response times. I'm really excited about this app. It is currently being developed and they will be adding new features. My understanding is that they are currently working on several features that will address frustrations mentioned in some of the negative reviews. Thankful for the developers. I can't wait to see what comes with future updates.
The team at tiimo is very responsive, and they are actively working to improve the product. As it is it works well for me. Love how I get the ability to time lock with routines. Integration for Wear OS 3 works except for the ongoing task notification. Looking forward to them releasing this feature as well.
Just a god awful user experience all around. The browser version is the only place you can make routines, but the browser version doesn't sync to your phone version. Horribly planned and executed, although a wonderful idea that I hope someone gets right some day.
Changed from 4* at the beginning of October. There's a lot being promised by Tiimo but they seem to be neglecting the Android version of the app, so it's not any more useful than my paper to-do list. I'm disappointed at myself for subscribing based on their promises and proof of concept on the Apple side, but I can't undo it. Instead I just advise Android users not to buy-in. If you have an Apple device, you may fare better. I will be canceling when my year is up.
I haven't had immediate need of this app, but I can't wait to use it. I looked up visual planning apps in Google Play, and this is the only one that adds a visual & physical shape that signifies time being counted down/used up. THANK YOU for making this app!
I was excited and it seemed like it would be perfect but stuff isn't working! It's not letting me make a routine, the activity that I set up just disappeared... It's a bummer because it could be great if it worked the way it seemed like it would.
Edit: That work around worked straight away, thanks! Hey, love this app! User difficulties at first but those appear to being worked on, as it's a new app I understand, and am really happy to use it. I'm currently having issue with loading I've tried uninstalling it but it doesn't work. Could someone get in touch? Thanks!
The only additional feature I wish for is that routines were grouped together. So like a parent routine, that expands so you can see activities in the routine, that expands so you can see the checklist in the activity. I know this would be actively unhelpful to some people, so I wish this display format was something you could turn on/off. I have a lot of activities, so the day view looks extremely cluttered and confusing. Beyond that it's lovely! I need the specificity this app offers.
No ability to connect with developer and was locked out of account. I have been a customer for years and am so distraught that the company no longer appears to care about its customers.
I am autistic. This app helps me plan my day, helps remind me to do things I need to do, helps me change activities by warning me in advance and helps with my anxiety as I feel more in control. The team have been very helpful when I got in touch for tech support too.
Worked great at first but then not. We are paying a monthly fee, and my son did not tell me for months that the alerts stopped. It no longer has pop ups when activities start, so it is useless to us.
Not bad but it needs work. It's still very useful to organise my day.
I really love the idea of this app, it has a lot of potential! Unfortunately, I had a bug right away that made setting up routines difficult. I contacted support and they were very responsive and friendly. I will update my review once the issue is resolved. Some suggestions for the devs: - a more in-depth tutorial - a way to delete routines - the ability to set routines a month out instead of a week. This would really help shift workers who don't have a consistent weekly schedule!
The app has lot of potential and could be great for me and my ADHD. However, without a internet connection NOTHING works, not even the clocks on activities... This is kind of absurd. I understand the need to sync some stuff once in a while, but this is just bad programming. I live somewhere without cell service, so as soon as I leave my house the app is useless.
I like this app. :) It's frequently updated. It looks good without looking too childish. I can add checklists to tasks. Best of all, it helps with the transitions between tasks by having extra notifications before starting new activities and not just during the start time. Activities can be added from the device or the browser, which gives you a week view. I haven't been very successful with it yet, which is true of all schedules. But after planning, this app is not overwhelming. That's a first!
The app is fine, but nothing special, really. You could do what Tiimo does with reminders.. without the emojies, though. The UX is a bit annoying at times, a lot of repetitive tapping around to do small things that could be done easier. It feels like an early beta, but they still have the nerve to lock the app with an unavoidable subscription pop-up after the free trial period. So now I can't even open the app and manage my account without paying. On the surface, Tiimo seems better than to play tricks like that. They aren't.
I got this app bc it was supposed to help with transitions in activities, and perhaps it could, but for an app thats supposed to help folks with adhd and/or autism, there is so much initial set up of minute details, and there's little in the way of a tutorial or guidance and I was lost and overwhelmed. I tried twice to work through it but honestly it's not helpful. I will be going back to Fabulous which I found to be much more effective at this time. I wish you the best with developments.
Great concept, but a lot of room for improvement. The idea to use it with a smartwatch? Amazing! But with wearOS it crashes regularly, now it's not even loading anymore (yes, permissions granted, that's not the problem - it's the app!). The visual aspect is neat, but in the end it's just a visual gimmick. And since I wanted to try it specifically because of the smartwatch integration, it just became useless. I hope they fix it, because the idea behind it is great ...
