I loved this app at the first time, but these days it turns out to be super slow app. I have no problem with my internet but the loading takes forever and still...there's no result in the end. I definitely feeling frustrated using this app. Kinda waste time and energy to wait a super long searching process for nothing.
I bought a ticket for flight, than i wanna reschedule, i don't think that the price for reschedule is very expensive, it is different with other apps. The other apps is very cheap for reschedule. I am very dissapointed of using this apps. And this is my first impression. So, i think i will never use this again. Just believe another apps. I am sorry
Choose the hotel and paid thru their virtual account number, after 3 days i found out the booking was unsuccessful. The customer service just offer full refund. Just wasting my time and missed out the hotel that i chose. Will never ever use this apps.
I book a train ticket, after entering the payment page and I have paid, my reservation is lost in the application and there is no email notification. After complaining I was told that my reservation was issued under a different email name. how can?. I applied for a refund and it was so painful that I contacted customer service almost every day from April 6, 2022 to April 28, 2022 just to refund something that came from this application error.
Vendor car rental failed to pick up, number provided not available for call. Seems not regulated and poor administration app, better stay away for your comfort. Be safe
Really love to use this app, easy touch and simple use. This app also gives lot of promo like plane, hotel, rent car and etc. I surely recomend you to use it and feel the sensation by your self. Thanks.
So far no problem in booking your ticket.... But what i realy hate is when we enter the payment menu, the booking price sudenly change... This doesnt happend once, but often.... And some minute later the price go down then back up again everytime entring the payment menu.... Like is it a bug or it is part of marketing?? Hope it can be fixed...
I love the way it works. Makes my live easier... but status will not auto update for the vaccine certificate info.

Why i cannot log in using mobile number from malaysia?..same when i try log in using email..i didnt receive any otp..uninstalled until it fixed..
I have made a hotel payment but the e-ticket does not appear, then I was advised to choose to refund or rebook another room. disappointing
The streaming experience is very laggy, not recommended.

What the hell is going on? Lack of customer service? I saw lots of people complaining on how slow the respond. Our order is expired but NO TICKET ISSUED. PLEASE HELP. THE TICKET IS NOT ONLY MINE. I NEED IT ASAP.

This app is terrible. Also calling the hotline is basically a waste of time. Absolutely incompetent. I can't create an account to amend or cancel my booking because they don't send me the verification code to my email. My suggestion don't book any flight with them its impossible to solve any problems might occur. Better book direct at airline. Its worth to pay a bit extra.
Wrong voucher issued. I book hotel with breakfast, but when I've paid and the voucher issued, it says no breakfast. Bad experience.
Have ordered tickets for covid19 test but the clinic is closed while reservations can be made and the order cannot be returned, this application is very detrimental to users in things like that
Easy to use and fast checkout
This is the first time for me using this app and it's been the worst experience for me. I've made a purchase booking flights and paid it on time. But the app status only written as the 'payment is expired'. I tried to contact the customer service, sending emails twice, call them bunch of times and no response... It's been 12 hours since the payment. I tried to be patience but this is already out of line. they should have at least respond to email. The WORST customer service ever.
Great app! Serve you with a lot of promo code and sometimes the ticket price is cheaper than any other apps. I would like to give 5 stars for Customer Care services, they respond quickly when I sent them an email reported that I haven't received the e-ticket then they sent it immediately. I also requested to have an itinerary and receipt doc in English and they made a new one and re-attached the English version eventhough the default of this app is in Bahasa Indonesia. That was really helpful :)

Funny app. Everything works fine, price is good (even better). But when I want to pay, at "lanjutkan pembayaran" button, it just doesnt want to go further :DDDD You dont want to get paid or what?wondering how much revenue they lost due to this incompetency...
We booked a hotel 2 months ago when the price is still in lowest and had a promo. Then on the checkin date, the hotel said they didn't get any booking from our order ID. We called the support, waited for 1 hour on the hotel lobby, and the support solution was either refund or relocate to another hotel. It was truly a bad experience. It's the error in their system, we lost a lot of time and we didn't even get our room. Uninstalled this app, just go for other app.
