Saving coupons does not persist. After saving, it marked as saved, and in the overview of user tab, it showed the number of saved coupons. But pressing on that always shows "You haven't had any coupons yet". Please fix this issue.

Not recommended. Customer service is rubbish. Coupons are next to worthless. Next to no discount these days. If you want to buy something from a certain shop, just ask whether they are on Shopee, you will get a better deal most of the time.

4 stars for excellent product quality, delivery time and friendly user interface. But the platform has a poor diversity of products compared to others.

Delivery is excellent, and everything is ok. But tonight, your server lagged for at least 40m straight after midnight special event. I just wanna use my coupon shopping for some utilities but nothing is eligible. Like a toothbrush, a pair of earphone, face wash lotion, notebook, earwax picker, nothing is eligible.

Very poor order updating and dispatching system. Order never fulfill on time, even from Tiki Trading itself. Wasting time ordering, then waiting, then phone calls to follow up as no update on order and not delivery as described, then finally operator had to cancel as can not fulfill the order. Multiple times with different orders. Completely waste of time experiencing online order with this system. Deleting the app now.

Very terrible service. I booked a fridge as housewarming gift for my friend and paid an extra for early delivery. But they didn't deliver without any explanation. When I called to CS to complain, they asked me to wait so they can check and fix it. Two days later, the deliver called my friend and asked to cancel the order due to reason that they only deliver in working hours, despite the fact that my friend lives alone and she's working during week days. Fine and goodbye forever.

Their customer service doesn't work at all during the pandemic. My order was expected to arrive on August 9th, and after more than 1 month i have not received anything. I contacted to their Customer service twice, they kept send me the same automatic message that i have to wait from 14 to 20 days. Then the situation of my order doesn't change on their system, it was kept being arrive on August 9th. I am completely disappointed about Tiki service.

I have a good time surfing the app. No duplicated goods, appropriate suggestion, fully control over payment and easy to interact. However; I cannot check the shop/seller that I followed/favourited, nor can I stop the app from suggesting something that I've already purchased/searched.

good app, good deals. But if it isn't Fast shipping 2h, then it takes forever to be delivered; and there is a lot of products which provided by Tiki Trading itself, don't have Fast shipping. I don't mind to pay extra fee, you just not give me the choice.

Good shopping App! You can find mostly what you want. Many competitive promotion vouchers and discount across the local shops/retailers , international brands and their products.

Tiki app is easier for using than before. It is useful and convienient when you want to buy anything (books, stationaries, clothes...) The price is acceptable and quality is good. I like the 2hrs shipping service, shippers are great. However, deal and gift code are not much useful for me.

Told the support i need the bill for company's year end review 3 times. They told me it will be sent within 30 days. 30 days later, still nothing, and i had no notice from them and the seller. The support is useless.

Very reliable and trustworthy. I have ever been unsatisfied neither with the shipping service nor the retailers. Even when they're out of stock, they sent me email sorry and a discount voucher for my next order.

Couldn't see the shopping card and place the order. there is some errors always happened. I had tried thousand times but couldn't place order. hopeless.

It's great for me. There are many interesting books that make me surprise and want to learn. Services are good too, but sometimes I think it"s expensive if I want to buy a small cheap book.

Anyone know how to change the language to English ?? App shopping deals really good some times. Obviously if something too cheap to be genuine then maybe seller is selling copies. But you get what you pay for But... How can I change language in the app to English ??

Well- working app But the filter is not working well, it has to be more intelligent because there are different types of same products to choose. I hope this can be improved

Paid in full and almost 2 months I haven't received the items nor the refund. Delivery dates are not updated. Called support and they said they would give a refund but the money is no where to be seen. Never pay in full with Tiki.

Terrible experience and customer service during the pandemic. My order got canceled then waited 17 days with no refund yet. Called Tiki they said i had to wait for shipping company to return the package to their warehouse first then my money would go back to my pocket. What if it takes that shipping company months? Or they even lost it? I dont get my cash back???? They also said we would contact you back after 24 48 hrs but never did.

Ordered a package with fast shipping service TikiNow. Waited for a whole morning yet the package status hadn't even shifted to delivering. I ain't got no time to be at home the whole day to wait for delivery thus the picked Tikinow service. The 1.5$ fee definitely isn't worth on such horrible service

I will write something about search functionality. When typing, if pressing on Space bar, the previous letter will be clear and typing keywords slowly. Please, checking this issue.

Favor tiki trading, which is owned by tiki itself, by preventing bad rating from customers. I bought a vacuum bot, but they delivered older version, even though advertised as newer version. My rating was never shown up in their website

Bad apps I have ever used in my life. It is lier users won't have an opportunity to win the game, when the roller is close to the special prize it keeps moving to next the lowest prize- bad apps lier supplier you shouldn't buy anything from tiki

Among all the e-shopping apps、Tiki is the best I ever used. I am satisfied and happy with the delivery service、products' quality and aftersales service of Tiki. Obviously、Tiki don't have a very huge range of products and suppliers but that is enough for me.

The app has a silly filter feature, any time I choose to sort items in order ascending, then nothing happen, alk items still in chaos status.

Tiki promoted fault discount items. After I placed my order, they canceled and forced me to buy the items with full price. Scam and worst user experience. Not recommended for future users. Beware of scams and fault advertises.

Unaceptable service during the pandamic, my order status haven't been updated nearly 2 months, no ways to canceled, I called tiki but I haven' t received the responds yet, eventhough I chat to cs team, and they still said that my request has been processing...

Bad service, always cancel order without confirmation, TikiNow delivery too lately, on lated they will pick a reason to cancel the order. No call to confirm. Too bad!

I had a bad case with this platform. Ordered goods with gift but delivered without gift, and they won't solve it, didn't send me any proof of technical investigation that I deleted the gift out myself. A reason to delete.
