I dunno, man. You would think they would spend the money to have a more seamless app. Why do I have to sign back in *every* time I open it? The menus are super clunky and almost all of the pictures of items don't let you zoom in to see a design up close. Tilly's... hire some better designers.
glitchy. never put the items in the cart that I picked out the first time. and when I finally had the right items I wanted in the cart and proceeded to checkout, it didnt accept my purchase and continued to malfunction. I've been trying to order these 5 things for a whole week with no progress. please, fix this app.
I love shopping at tillys, it has great clothes and great offers and of course you will want to shop online at some point instead of driving over there, you can use this app but my only complaint is that the app is pretty slow.
This app is utterly useless and it's been that way for awhile now. I was hoping upon installing the app again after some significant time has passed that something had been addressed and/or fixed but wow, it seems like this thing is just ignored by the developers to be honest. App is a complete waste of time. I hate writing reviews but I don't understand why the app is still available when it seems like it's not maintained.
No coupons? If no coupons this app is as useless as the website. I guess I'll have to buy my $150.00 item elsewhere. Can't checkout online bc the site won't let me. I scroll to the bottom of the checkout page, the minute I stop it takes me right back to the top. So stupid. Whatever I'll find a different better site, the item is the same price no matter where I get it. Was trying to give a smaller store my money, guess not.
I like shopping at Tillys i always find awesome clothing i love to wear, shopping in the store is great as well , they have friendly staff. I only have one complaint and that would be how their app works , they should really work on it to make shopping online easier.
The app makes you log in everytime you go on. And the interface is basically no different than the website. No sale notifcations. Its not any more convenient than the Tillys website. Pointless app.
Doesn't work at all. I wish I could attach screen shots. Blank white screen with Tilly's on top. I've updated, uninstalled and reinstalled.
I absolutely love the clothes but the app needs serious work. It is impossible to shop. Constant glitching and isn't functional.
Has no additional features compared to the website, yet has never ending issues, cant even scroll down a page without being scrolled back up.
Ordered my clothes a week ago. Status still says processing, and five business days have passed. Glitchy, slow, and overall frustrating to use. Would recommend any other store.
Terrible interface, slow loading, randomly scrolls the page sometimes. Website is not any better.
The level up game done for esports is completely unplayable. 1/5 of my shots hit, and you have to scan the poster for it every single time you want to practice.
Very Slow and non functional Please add a scan bar so they can scan it to look up your membership.

The app is to glitchy, especially since it's coming from such a big store like Tilly's. Like seriously if they have a store in the Mall of America they should have the resources to make a decent app.
Dude I always wanted to shop at tillys and since I found out the app it's been great a few things just need fixing so u can use the app right but I really enjoy prices and merch.
It's literally just a page wrap of the Tillys website. They didn't even try to make an actual app.
Dont ever order from this company!! Their shipping department is terrible. Takes days before they even ship your order. Dont believe the "ships in 24-48hrs. Should have learned the first time I ordered from them.
The pictures are tiny. You can't expand or scroll through anymore

Laggy Experience During ordering. Just so slow, it was a struggle to make my order because this app as a whole is slow and laggy. It seems like this app is half developed because all it really seems like the app does is link you to the website. If I am just going to have the same interface as the website I would rather use Chrome. Fix the latency please and make the app look nicer to set it apart from just using web browser.
