The best thing about the app is its ability to stop working at the drive through, the only time i need it. It's either that it decided not to be compatible with my old phone, it needing to download an update but only the second your open or it just soft locks. I've missed out on using and or seeing offers hoping it fixes itself in time but it never does.

The app is pretty good, however I wish that the app accurate to what each location actually had. At least 3 times I've ordered something that the location doesn't even offer but it's on the spoon under their location. Or there's only 1 option for something when you know they have 6 at the location in question. They should fix this bug!!

App is completely useless. There is no way to remove old addresses so as to prevent them from being selected in error. There is no way to cancel or modify orders to correct initial errors even if they are caught immediately. Store could not find the order and stop preparing it when I realized that I had selected the wrong address. App has been giving me error message when I attempt to track my orders from within the app for the past few weeks. Got no information to contact courier today.

I used the app to order for delivery and when I try to go to my recent orders and view more details it keeps saying an error on their part. I was trying to say that this is at least the 2nd time I haven't received an expresso shot even though I pay for it. Also half the time the app doesn't work. It won't show you food options and when it does its slow as heck and will take forever to load and don't even try to remove the item because that takes forever too.

You know what's great about convenience online ordering? The time savings. Which is normally what I'd applaud an app that should basically do exactly that, save me time, but this app will choose to update but not with the play store updater, so you end up just staring at a download bar. Then there is the offers, which you have to manually accept, all of them, individually. Occasionally sending me notifications is bad, not telling me when my order is ready is odd, but everything else works fine.

The app was great until it suddenly stopped working. All of a sudden, it says "Delivery Unavailable" every time I put in the same address (which has been delivered to before). Tried a private window in the browser, same problem (for months now). Contacted Tim's support and after providing all the necessary screenshots and information, I was told to "Create a new account" because "uhhhh this problem happens sometimes". Created a new account. Same problem! Doesn't matter what address I put in!!!

Still a terrible app - confusing, unreliable, and very user- unfriendly. Easily one of the worst user interfaces I've used, with nothing intuitive or simple to use. The only reason I keep it on my phone is for the once-a-year roll-up (though god help you if you actually want to redeem a prize...)

The app is buggy at best. The positive things that one would use to consider it worthwhile are the rewards and customer support. Those two areas are awesome. Others who have mentioned the location picker are right too. I can't believe how bad that feature worked and offered locations not even remotely close in proximity. For me, that is not enough to continue to use this interface.

The app is extremely slow when you get to the counter it does not load and need to stand and wait until it does to scan, i find it extremely confusing to use and there is never a full menu. New items that are advertised are not in the menu? Roll up the rim was disappointing and limiting for people who do not have phones who frequent the store. The homeless in the area with no phones had no chance for free coffee despite being loyal customers. I would love to look at the whole menu for options.

There is no option to order ketchup on the app, or if there is it's impossible to find. Also adding chipotle sauce on the side to an order. In addition, you make it so hard to use an offer if ordering with the app. If you load it, there should be a way to add the entire offer to your order, instead of having to find things individually and adding them on until it reaches the discount combo. To continue, there should be a search function so you can find items you want faster.

Unreliable App will work for awhile, then after a week or two, it will freeze every time it's opened. The only fix is to uninstall/reinstall. And even when it does work, it's always very slow to open & become useable. This is especially noticable when placing an order in store or at the drive-thru when you want to have your code scanned. But other than all that, the app is easy enough to navigate.

** April 2022: With latest update it logs out and requires an uninstall/reinstall before working again. ** I would give this app a 5 for functionality: it records points, shows deals, and allows ordering ahead. However the app is very, very slow to load. Worse, it doesn't update in the background like other apps, but waits until it's launched. As it's used at point of purchase (e.g. while at the drive thru window) this is very problematic, and makes the experience frustrating.

The app is excellent at being able to order ahead and claim deals. My only complaints go to how available they make filling out some deals. Deals should be made selectable and then allowed to select from a menu of items that are ONLY applicable to that deal. There is also a lack of customization options for some of the breakfast items, like being able to add a sauce you like. Overall, the app is a pretty seemless and good experience.

Performance of this app is getting worse over tine. Very slow to start up, and slow for each step of the transaction. I've given up using it the last few times I've visited a store as it was faster to wait in line. Update 20220504: still very slow and not updating location. Do not moe order when in a hurry, you need to check the address (cant trust the distance to location).

App takes forever to open. Not getting my roll up rewards. Activated a free coffee, only to have the app crash. Lost the free coffee. Now not seeing any of my roll ups. Since the app went down, have lost 3 rolls; paid for them, haven't gotten them. Tried to use my points to get a coffee and a hot chocolate (used points for the coffee, then switched it over to get the hot chocolate). That didnt work. Poorly designed, very slow, not user friendly, and now doesnt even work properly.

The roll up is trash this year. It gives out way too many mobile order coupons and the mobile ordering is painful. You can't custom your timbits, the set to find beverages is ridiculous and the order is never correct. I always end up missing something. Why can't you just have points or even please play again. Anything is better than mobile order.

This app is terrible!! It always crashes, and makes you login through your email. Meaning that if you are in the drive thru and try to open the App it doesnt work! Also the roll up to rim seems to not be working ? I went in multiple times and had them scan the card but never recieved a single chance. Definitely a terrible app and it really needs to be fixed!

Works well and fairly easy to navigate. I like the Hockey Game and of course the Roll Up The Rim. 🍵 However, I Do Not like having to select what Catagory / Items that I want to redeem my points for. All the points should just be available to redeem for Any Items at Anytime, as long as you have the correct amount for the item at cashout. Almost Every Other Points Program allows you to redeem their points towards items of your choice Without switching catagories.

What a horrible experience. If you place an order using the app and don't use any points or any offers you are still unable to go into the store and scan your app card to get the discount in store if you happen to forget something or see something on display that you want. The system does not allow an additional use of the app code within 30 minutes.

Location! This app is frustrating to use when you're on the move. Like I see a Tims across the road when I'm driving, I want to drive in and order and go but this app takes awhile to figure out where I am and screen takes forever to load. Plus if it turns out it's the wrong store the money is gone. Unlike another food app that starts with Mc.. I could make the whole order and apply the payment but it doesn't actually take the payment until I hit "I'm here" pls implement something like that

I've been using this app almost daily for about 6 months. Although it has improved, the app is extremely slow. Takes almost my full train ride to order. And it hasn't worked the last 2 days so no breakfast. + Tim Hortons is not good, but convenient location. I enjoy accumulating points so I can redeem a free tea about once a week. I'm glad I get offers but they aren't great and not custom to me at all. This week there is a 20% off hot drink deal... didn't work on new hazelnut latte.

This app is fantastic for placing your orders ahead of time! You have access to your local menus, can customize your order, and pay directly with your credit card. However, the functionality of the app is lacking. I will select "prepare in 10 minutes" and it will give me a "ready" time of one minute. No, that's not what I wanted? And in order to add your "favourite" items to your "favourite" restaurant, there are so many additional clicks on the UI. Please add multi-select, and streamline!

Only installed the app to play the NHL pool. Would be nice if it let me choose to open directly to the NHL section, instead of the main menu Also, 7 times this year where the app gave me players that didnt even play... Finally, it keeps asking me if i want to receive notifications. regardless of my selection, it will ask again EACH TIME i open the app again. And the notifications don't even work. App needs a big update

Overall, I have not had any issues while ordering through the app. However, I can see how the process of activating and claiming the rewards confusing for others. In addition, many of the reward/offer combos only include coffee. It would be nice if you could allow for tea and coffees to be selected as not everyone drinks coffee.

The app is rather slow, and sometimes I'll open as I pull up to order and it doesn't load by the time I get to the pay window. It's logged me out more than once on its own, and the good offers you get seem to start being rare after a while and all you get it offers for buying multiple larger items (2/$7 sandwiches, or 2/$6 wraps). Very seldom you get a $1.49 10 pack timbits or a 2/$3 on coffee

Normally I'm happy with the app but ever since I did the update I no longer can track my orders.... Why is this happening? Just keeps saying "bummer something went wrong please take a look at our menu...... Etc." I don't want to look at the menu, I want to track my orders, I would appreciate technical support to fix this problem......

One of the few food ordering apps I have never had issues with. The only time I had issues was due to the store being off-line not the app. I work between 2 very busy locations and sometimes would spend the majority of my break waiting in line. I love that I can order ahead, pick up my order and go. The offers are nice and I like not having to carry my wallet with me at work.

Every single time I open the app, it says it has to download new information. This almost always results in me not being able to use the app, therefore missing out on the points or even roll up opportunities. I try everything from deleting the app & re downloading it, closing the app, etc. Still gives me the same issues.

Loading is slow and there is no data saver mode (tons of images in this app). Other shady stuff: doesn't warn you that items cost same reward points regardless of size, some items don't indicate at all they charge extra for an additional lettuce, only part of the price is covered with reward points if used together with combo discount compared to standalone.

Ordering through the app is literally the hardest and most inconvenient way of ordering. I constantly run into issues, after ordering through the app, it will tell me that they're preparing my order immediately even though I selected the 10 or 15 minute wait, and that's if I even get something as when ordering through the app this app seems to like removing items from my order. I just think it's amusing how a multi-billion dollar company can't get an app right.
