Poorly designed app, asks for too many permissions but does not process order successfully. Waste of time and data. Just Google for the menu and order through their staff.

My T$ got reset to 0 randomly even though the app stated i had 60 days before expiry. Terribly buggy.
Piece of sh**. Been told by staff I can only order thru the app which is stupid cos I'm physically here. Poor business decision. If u want to go completely thru the app, make sure it works
Maybe an app revamp is much needed?
The QR code wasn't working and they wouldn't let me change to a table with working QR.
Lousy app. Was told by the manager at substation to uninstall and install the app each time there's an update. How to know if there's an update when there is no notification to update the app etc? It didn't help when she was really rude.
Asks for all sorts of unnecessary permission. Too intrusive.
Terrible waste of time and staff do not know how to troubleshoot.. epic fail.
Recommended by the staff @ timbre arts house to make my order but the whole experience of ordering is so unfriendly. The app crashed more than 3 times while browsing the menu. No description of the food/drink. More improvements are required please.
I am quite happy with this app so far. Been using it at Switch. No issues for me. Drinks are usually served within 5mins of ordering.
Scam. Waiter did not inform us to order through our phone to enjoy the discount. Scammers
Downloaded this upon recommendation by the staff at Timbre @ Arts House. However, app is unable to make it past the list of venue, stating that data pull is unsuccessful.
Was asked to use the app but could not work when it prompts you to scan the table qr code. Spent 40mins trying out with different phones before finally using the tablet to order.
The 5 dollar discount you get is not worth it...

They probably recently just updated it. Experience so far is good, orders are getting sent through as per normal, at the Art House Outlet! Unfortunate that the previous users had such a bad experience.
